I gave this place four stars due to the fact that the food was good, but cold. I ordered the new Spicy Take Chicken sandwich. It would have been delicious had it been hot. Also, the cashier that assisted acted like she either didn't want to be at work or just didn't want to do her job. The facility was clean & the other employees that I came in contact were friendly & attentive.
Great location. I typically order curbside pickup from this location as it's a go to while I'm working. I've also dined in outside seating at this location and it's nice. During my visit, the staff followed covid protocol and wore masks and the customers were socially distanced. I'm definitely going to return to the location soon
I haven't ate here in about 4 years. The staff which looked like a bunch of youngsters WERE AWESOME ?? ?? ??. They took their ti.eand helped me decide on what to get. I couldn't really see the menu. Guess old age has got me. But I was very impressed with the manners and service here. The sandwich was a good portion and salad was fresh.
I placed an order through Grubhub for pickup. When I arrived the drive through was closed. I drove up front to call and ask if someone could bring the food out to me. No answer twice. I’m physically disabled and could not come in. I left to go to another drive through. Luckily I was using a gift card and not my own money. I guess they were short staffed. Very disappointed!
Every time I visit thos location they mess something up.. .this morning wasn't any different. Asked for a spinach artichoke souffle...gave me bacon.Asked for a plain croissant....got a burnt one! They literally don't care about their customers. So awful
1045 am...no breakfast (eggs already pulled), but still no soup. It was unseasonably cold today and we came in for a warm meal and to warm up...it was freezing inside. I have never been to a Panera this bad and won't be back to this one.
The salad was weak. Lettuce was almost wilted. There was no spice to the chicken and there was far too much barbecue sauce to compensate for the lack of taste.
Good Chicken Soup. Love it!
Food ok, just a bit strange. Prices too high for such small portions. Probably will not return.
