Tonight I was very disappointed with this store. Normally I never have an issue but tonight it was not good. I order a large cheese Rangoon which is 12 and we got 7. I order 2 beef dishes for my husband and it was like they were cutting back as the portions were so small, which is unusual. We didn't get any utensils, napkins or sauces. I did ask for the sauces but didn't notice the rest until I got home.I called to register a complaint & was hung up on as soon as I said complaint. I called right back asked for the manager & she was too busy & ask the guy who answered to take a message. It has been maybe 20 minutes so ill se. If I actually get a call. If I do not I will not go back to this particular store.
I come here a lot. Usually it’s pretty quick with quality service. A few weeks ago it was REALLY good when clearly a manager was helping out and making things run really smoothly with great service. Today, I was only the 2nd person in line and I had to leave because it was about 15 minutes and nobody bothered with taking an order. While standing there, I had nothing better to do than count the number of drive thru orders that were passed through the window. They completed over 10 drive thru orders without even acknowledging I was standing there. Super disappointing.
Doordash Delivery driver here,Customer service at this location is absurd. I arrived and requested an order takeout for a customer and was told to wait 10 minutes for the order to be completed but they never brought it out 20 minutes later so when I asked them what’s the holdup, they said they “misplaced” my order… seriously? I watched 4 other DoorDashers come in while I waited on one simple platter and cup.
The service was friendly and the food was satisfying.
Disappointed. Pulled up to the drive thru empty only to find out they were taking the orders and then telling everyone to park in front of the store!!!The drive Thru is very small and tight angle turn to get in and the parking in the front consists of 4 spots that were already full of people waiting for their food! ??Just terrible experience overall. Forcing customers to park in the front in a very crowded area with only a few spots is super inconvenient.Proceded to wait over 20 minutes for my food!!! Watching them bring food outside to others waiting.
