Food is Always amazing! Depending on the staff your customer service experience might differ! They just need a little more training but makes it difficult to order sometimes!

Carlos did an amazing job! Great service, attention was on point and for an indecisive customer like myself was able to make an order for me to enjoy! And even as a last minute order did I receive great attention!
My wife and my daughter love this place....the food is great but I sort of think they have a crush on the handsome waiter too.
We've been eating at this location for 20 plus years even before the company changed hands most every Friday or Saturday night Last time we were in there the chip lady had to take our drink order and it took forever to get a waiter to take our food order. Spent 2 hours and 45 minutes there and when it come time to pay we couldn't find our waiter for a check. Went to the front desk and told the manager we needed a check so we could pay. I also told him in the 20 years we've been coming here the service sucked. He just laughed at me. Well we haven't been back since and won't be back with his reply and neither will the three other family's on our street. I think y'alls problem is too much business for a small staff. You've got waiters waiting tables, cooking, working the bar. Washing dishes and God knows what else.
Usually Natalia's food and service is great but just ordered take fajitas and when we got home not tortillas were included. Took a half hour to get through on the phone to let them know at which point dinner was over.
Natalita’s is our go to Mexican food! The jumbo margaritas are great, too!!
This is probably one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in my area. I’ve been here many times. They have specials on margaritas every day and they are always strong. I’ve eaten several different things here… Enchiladas, quesadillas, salads, chili rellenos… All were good!
Weird is the word to describe this restaurant. Especially the bar.When at the bar, it’s more like you’re part of the kitchen serving line. It feels really odd (and very, very small).The service too is like you’re interrupting them when you’re ready to order.There are sooo many close options that are a better choice.I would be very skeptical of any review if it is above 3 stars. Those can be purchased. We’ve experienced nothing that could exceed three stars.Oh yes… $17 for a weak double vodka soda. Good grief.And if you have two doors in the front of your restaurant, unlock both. Half the people pull on one door only to find out it doesn’t open. This is just lazy management.there are 2 for a reason.
