The staff is not the friendliest and have to wait a while for food. I ordered happy meals and prior to ordering asked if they had a specific toy. They said yes and when we arrived home there were no toys. When I returned with the receipt and asked about the toy the young lady on drive thru (very rude) grabbed the toys and handed them to me but did not apologize and gave me a look as if I didn't something wrong.
Can i give it negative! Fingernail clipping in my breakfast sandwich. Not a little one, huge piece of fingernail!! I will be reporting this mcdonalds. Never go here!!!
Never got our coffee. Waited 10 minutes in line and finally left without our coffee. This place needs better management. It's on our no visit list till further notice.
Incompetence in abundance at this location. Closest mcD's to my house. Have yet to get an order right. Take the extra time to go to mcD's in Tomball, you won't be disappointed.
I enjoy this mcdonalds as most of the time it gets what I ordered but if my order isn't all there, then it still definetly needs to have its employees trained more. I had an order here recently and didn't notice until I got home that I was shorted 2 burgers.
McDonald's food is so full of sodium and sugar it's ridiculous. I felt ill after eating a quarter pounder and small fries. In the burger alone: 1470mg of sodium and 10g of sugar. I'm done with McDonalds.
OMG. This McDonalds does it right. I can’t tell you how many freaking McDonalds across the United States I’ve been to that show NO regard for packing your food with care and attention. Nothing forgotten here. Everything in its place. No need to ask twice, or thrice. What a welcome surprise to find such attention and care when I open up my food. Well done! Hats off to Gabe for his excellent service, the friendly team, a clean dining room, and what must be a great manager. Thanks for finally giving me a 5-star McDonalds experience.
