Rolls came to the table warm and perfect!Coke was flat, didn't have to worry causethe second one delivered without beingtold was much better. Margarita's tastedd. Sugar and Tajin was not applied towhole rim. Which made me sad it is myfavorite part of the drink. The salad was agobit smaller than other locations. Meat wascooked okay..not sure if I would call thatmed. still tasted great. Steak was juicy andribs did fall off the bone with just a touchof the fork.Our waitress was timid also kind andattentive. Didn't see the manager at all sothe table touch tag stll remained taped tothe table after we walked away to leave.Over all compared to other locationsadequate.
The food was very fresh, but the moral in the restaurant seemed very low. While we were eating the manager on duty kept yelling at the employees. If the employees made a mistake he yelled at them what they needed to do rather than show them. Apparently an order was lost in the drive thru and rather than walking over to the employee and showing them how to find it he yelled from the bagging station that the order needed to be rerung up. I don't feel that it is appropriate to tell at the employees no matter how busy you are, let alone be heard throughout the restaurant. I just left the restaurant at about 6:00 pm on 6/17/22
2 lanes all the time anytime....very rarely. When busy, some items not available. Example expresso shot in McCafe coffee or frappe machine down, or frappe machine cleaning at 7 in the morning. etc., or order wrong. Sad to drive 2 miles out of the way to get better service.
Honestly I am one to never write reviews cause they’re pointless especially for an establishment like this. But I was surprisingly impressed tonight. I ordered the 13 chocolate chip cookies through Uber Eats and they were the most freshest cookies ever. Literally took the first bite and the chocolate was still warm and at a perfect temperature. 10/10.
The drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside to order. There was a family of four just standing there without anyone taking there order. There was two young males just playing around and really horse playing around. I had to say something in order to get the customer to order there food. I order my food but then young male went back playing around so I asked the so call manager to take my money. This was very unprofessional to say the least.
The managers are absolutely rude and don’t know how to work their business. I went in because I was waiting forever for my food and they just had it sitting there and then the manger started cussing us out in Spanish like we couldn’t understand. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. NEEDS BETTER WORKERS. I understand hands down when business gets busy and overwhelming, but cussing you customers out in Spanish like we can’t understand is childish. AND She’s a MANAGER. Disappointing
Would have given two stars for benefit of the doubt but other reviews affirm my experience must have been normal for many. Very odd and strange behavior amongst the coworkers themselves, blatantly ignoring each other. Gave me a sense of sorrow for the young ones working in that kind of an environment. I have to assume the responsibility is most on the shoulders of those with this most authority, and judging by the previous reviews, I feel there is no change coming anytime soon. Hopefully there is though, I hope they can turn this around.
Every time I go to this location the short me a burger or leave out another item. They never get it right. Would not recommend. Found a black and blonde hair in my food. Also burgers were drowned in mayo and onions. Fries were horrible with no salt and old.
I stopped at the drive through and was politely greeted and asked "Will you be using the app today?" after that the speaker goes dead and there is no response. Even after waiting a minute and hearing nothing again. I drove around to the window to thinking it was a technical issue, only to find the windows were blocked like it is the fricken zombie apocalypse. So I went around and stopped at the speaker a 2nd time and the same thing happened. For advertising it is a 24 hour drive through that is disgusting service and I hope the staff will get some better customer service training. Shame on you McDonald's.
The lobby was clean, the staff nice and the manager helpful. The food was good. The fries were hot (delicious) . No to crowded.
