The service today was not up to par at all I waited too long for a big breakfast when it came it was cold when they remade it they told me only takes 3 minutes I waited almost 14 and the condiments that was supposed to be on the tray ...that I told her that I had before, and the attitude was kind of stank.... so, it's really all Hispanics that work here and that's not a problem but I think they may have a little bit of a problem when it comes to dealing with it African American people. So I don't recommend this location the manager did not address the situation and It just left a bad taste in my mouth for this location.
Went today at 9.45 PM , looked at the door sign and posted dining in hours until 11 PM. As we walked in we were received by an assistant manager that told us "You need to eat in 15 minutes and leave, we close at 10 PM" I mentioned the sign and she answered. "There is nothing I can do orders from above" I worked as a DM in Fast Food 30 years ago. This would have never happened back then. It is sad we have come so low this days.
Unfortunately, I am often reminded of McDonald's early 2000 admission that they were losing customers due to the attitude of their workers. I get it, it is a McJob, but you aren't doing me a favor by existing. I suggest McDonald's invest in having employees treat customers like they want them to eat there.Oh...the food of good.
There really rude this lady at the drive thru always mad if you don’t like what you do look for another job just got mad because I ask for ketchup okay Macdonald’s I will never go to this location it happend twice !!!
To be honest this McDonald’s ain’t it it’s full of ignorant people and most of the time it’s always the managers that think they can handle evrything when most of the time they’re just normal employees believing that they’re better than most employees and most of the problems in the restaurant come from them so this McDonald’s is not it due to the lack of focus while getting the food ready this not no McDonald’s
McDonald's is great for a fast inexpensive breakfast while on the go. Their bacon, egg, & cheese biscuits never disappoint.
Poor! Can’t make order correctly. Rude and unprofessional staff. That accuse me of not ordering my French fries on the app. Won’t be back to this location. We typically don’t do McDonald’s anyway but we wanted something small And fast.
Staff friendly , fast, the order was completed and corrected. No concern with this location! Hopefully other location lead some customer service from them
Some times it seems you must be a rocket scientist to work here but other times you don't. I have worked at McDonald's many years ago and it's not hard to work here and the jobs really simple. The main thing you need to do is listen to the customer when they are ordering and repeat the order back to ensure it is correct. It would eliminate handing out wrong orders to customers and getting everything correct the first time instead of having upset customers because they can't get orders right.
Great service/location kids like the food items. It would be Great if they add hot options in flavor coffee. Side salad options
