If I could give zero stars, i would. This used to be my go to spot before work, but not anymore. I placed a mobile order. The drive thru line was long so i selected curb side. 10 minutes later, the drive thru line is clear and im watching people go inside buy their food and come out. Meanwhile, I'm still sitting waiting for my food. 12 minutes after arriving, I go inside to get my food. I asked for the manager, and her reply "Oh well, I'm sorry we were busy". I'm still confused, my order went in 12 minutes ago and all the people who placed an order after mine got there food in a timely manner.This happened before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. NEVER AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.My Advice - don't offer mobile ordering or curb side pickup if your staff can't handle doing their jobs.
I waited 20 minutes to get my order they so long never going again they didn’t even have people they ladies in the kitchen were just talking
It was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly and quick.
This location is always welcoming, and the food is always delicious. Customer service is also excellent; for example, I ordered breakfast today and did not see one of my items. When I told them I had a missing item, they immediately went to get it for me. I discovered that I already held the item. However, I didn't notice it, and the lady didn't give me an attitude or anything; she simply got me another one, despite the fact that I had overlooked the items.
Drive thru was fast and efficient. The guy working the window was polite and got my order correct
The gentleman with blonde hair is very Curtiss and Sweet. Very respectful young man and efficient. Best fries I ever had!
They will make you wait 20 min. just to refry old frys over and over even if you complain the manager will just come out and lie to you. This store is trash.

My burger was so hot and fresh I needed to wait a few minutes to be able to pick it up. The food was great, very happy.
Hit the spot. Took a bit to the biscuits but worth the wait.
