Speaks for itself. Say they have ice cream, then all of a sudden the machine is broken. Has the receipt on the box yet the employees can’t read.
McDonalds in Tomball staff is always friendly. I only eat their breakfast and it's good. Usually hot and fresh. They are also usually pretty quick. It's a good place to stop on the way to work for a quick breakfast.Editing from my previous 4 start post, changing to 5 stars. When a lot of restaurants have struggled because of Covid, supply chain issues, good labor, and food quality McDonald's in Tomball has not shown they are struggling. Their staff is still friendly, their food is still hot and fresh, and whatever I have ordered they have had it. I have to give a shoutout to Sky, he is super friendly. There is another lady that is equally as friendly, but I will have to ask her name. Good job McDonald's!... I'm still lovin it!
Large drinks are advertised for $1.08 again, temporarily. This location is charging $1.83. I asked why.....mere curiosity....and was informed they were having computer problems, they couldn't load the app and it isn't their fault. Whaaaat? Curiosity changed to irritation. That's an extremely lame, bogus excuse. Greed is ugly, especially since McDonald's profits were up 59%.
Placed my order after working all day then get home & it’s WRONG! My large fries was not in my bag! It was on the screen when I ordered but when I picked it up at the window and got home it was missing a large fry! Why???This isn’t NASA, it’s McDonalds…..how hard can it be to get a order correct???So frustrating! This is why I don’t come here!

I have to say McDonald's has been the most consistent fast food joint, as far as order accuracy, with the speed of service, it's up there with Chick-fil-A for me. Burger King, Wataburger, are the worst!
We Showed up in drive thru during operating hours, was told they are closed and not taking orders. Proceeded to be spoken to quite poorly. Train the staff accordingly and teach them proper manners.
customer service was really great, the workers were really sweet and my order was done fast :)
Tonight's experience was wonderful! Garett took our orders. My husband and I were craving the mcflurry's, he was super nice and asked us how we were doing. Keep up the great work. He had a wonderful personality! God bless
Very disappointed! Have stopped in twice in the past month and both times they messed up an easy order. First time I went in to get the right item and told that I ordered it that way, no no, I know what I want and am very clear about it when I place the order. Won't be going back.
