Extremely rude and condescending staff.Ordered pizza online via the website, money came out of account (not even a pre auth, the whole $27) so I called the store to see what happened.Kaitlyn says she is the store manager and they can’t find my order…..ok so what do we do about this? Sorry nothing, you can order again and get double billed and take it up with the website afterwards….no sorry that isn’t an option. Ok well have a great day by.Utterly incompetent staff member that sounds 17 and calls herself a manager, try managing class and take some customer service courses because she has zero.Will never return to this place.

This is our favorite pizza. I went in one evening on a Friday and they were extremely busy. They messed up my order but were quick to correct it before I even noticed. For so many teenagers working there, they are truly on top of the pizza making.

Owner is awesome! Nice to meet people that are genuine, and really do love the community that they are part of. I stopped in for lunch it was my first time eating at a Marco's, and must say the pizza was actually very delicious. But with great customer service a good pizza taste that much better. Keep up the good work Marco's Pizza on Spring Cypress!

Food was good but time.time management needs to be improved upon. Staff was standing around joking with each other and not truly working. Had ordered thru the app and was notified our pizzas were ready but took an extra 15 minutes to get our food because it was marked done when ot hadn't even been put in the oven.
So my husband has been getting pizzas from here for awhile and they're always so delicious even the crust is different. Well yesterday my husband was distracted so he forgot his wallet and they saved it for him. The employees are so nice I'm so glad my husband got back his wallet. So thankful, anyways the toppings are fresh pizza is out of this world delicious my kids love it as well. Will be back
We haven’t ordered from any other pizza joint since we discovered Marcos. They literally have the best pizza, toppings and crust!! Thank you Marcos Pizza!!
