Place has gone WAY DOWN HILL. I assume they fired the cooks they had because now its worse than taco cabana. The meat has no seasoning and is over cooked(beef/chicken/pork) and even the cheese enchiladas don't taste right anymore. How do you mess up cheese enchiladas? Thats the easiest dish to get right!!! Please fix your kitchen! You used to make decent food, now ill drive over to Mi Rancho.
Been coming here since it opened. I don’t know what change they’ve made but they’re negative at this point. Cashier, waiter and bus boy(man), All sat in the side room on their phones ignoring everyone. Didn’t check on anyone once or fill a drink, chips or salsa. Arrived BEFORE lunch specials were to end but they wouldn’t acknowledge us until after 3 pm and asked for specials and told no. My chip under my chalupa and under my cheese puff was burned and tasted like old rotten oil. When I interrupted them and asked for more salsa and told them my food tasted bad the buser just looked at me and walked away. He told the others in Spanish (my husband understood him) No one got up to come over and get me more food or even check ONCE. When we went to leave we had to stand at the register for about a minute before anyone bothered to look up. (Buser). We could have and should have just left). I told her the food was terrible and we complained but no one came over. I asked for a manager. None said he only comes once in a while. She didn’t care it was bad and did nothing to compensate for that food I didn’t eat that was disgusting and inedible.So sad. Used to be a great place w great employees. No more. Lost a very very loyal customer.Don’t waste your money going there. They don’t care about you and if something is wrong they have no interest in making it right. And strangely I don’t typically complain in restaurants.
We used to go to #3 on Eldridge once a week and enjoyed it a lot. We and our friends will no longer go there. Evidently they’ve changed hands. The last 3 times have have been a huge disappointment not only with the food, but with service also. Very sad.

We have eaten here several (4+) times in the last year and have always found the staff to be friendly and accomodating to special requests. The food has always been hot and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Our baseball team is from out of town and this placed popped up for good food! They accommodated a party of 30+! Food, drinks and service where amazing!!! If ever in Houston for another baseball tournament we will definitely make this a team stop!
Was seated, had our drinks then no one came to take our order! We waited for approx 30 min, people came after us got the order and food and while we still waited for someone to take our order even after calling to the attention of a waiter that only said “ your waiter is coming”. Finally we paid for our drinks and left. We have eaten there many times while food is decent however seams service is getting worst!
This restaurant is my new favorite one on this side of town!!!! As all the other ones on this side of town have raised their prices, and quality went down. Los 3 Ranchitos has kept the same quality of food at an amazing price!!! This will be my new go to Tex-Mex for my weekly routine!!!
