The sandwiches and soup that I order have always been consistently made well and taste great. I usually get a chicken based sandwich and have never thought they were stingy with the meat or toppings. I get tortilla and basil soups so I can only say those two have been good to me. Typical times for me have been weekday, after regular lunch hours, so timing factors in to not feeling like it's packed. Tea has never been out and soda drinks taste like soda, not carbonated water. Service here is good. I've been coming here long enough to know that every one has an off day but its never been like, "why do I come back" or, "this sucks", it's more like, "oh, yeah, people are still people and no one got hurt, so I'm good". If that makes sense. Anyway, it's a good location with yummy plates and good people!
Delicious food! Love the turkey wrap & loaded baked potatoes. Also, a good salad bar. Clean restaurant. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff! Oh, and forget about the free ice cream for dessert. Highly recommend!
Let me preface by saying I have been a GM at a similar type chain store in the past (Swensen's). That might make me more critical than some, and also more forgiving in some situations. Normally the food here is super.. This visit was an exception, and so far off it was hard to believe. I don't get over to Jason's as much as I used to, but my taste buds live for that New York Yankee.. We called in an order for a NY Yankee with mustard and mayo. Picked up our order and the sandwich had about 1/3 the meat it was supposed to, and it was just tossed on there half off and half on. . The meat was dry like it had been left out. The cheese was hard and dry as if it was either left out or refrigerated uncovered. No mustard , no mayo, no pickle spear.. The bread was hard and stale/chewy (not fresh).I am not sure what is going on with this store, but the food is not even close to Jason's quality standards. It's almost a reflection of the morale and lack of leadership.I really hope an area manager steps in and straightens out this store.
Pomegranate blueberry drink is amazing salad ? bar was good ?? I will be coming back in two years . I went with the beefeater to go
I was disappointed. The service has been slow the last two times I went through the drive-thru. Today, the vegetables in my order were wilted. I'm used to better service and fresher food from this Jason's Deli.
Best salad bar in town. Food is always on point, the restaurant is very clean, service is great, and the free soft serve is my kids' favorite way to finish a meal! Bonus that it's affordable :-)
Always a good place for a quick bite. Food's been consistent through the years.
Let me just say some managers do not to be in management if they can’t rectify a situation without making it the customers fault.I was a frequent customer until today when my son found a hair in his food. Natalie needs to work on her tone when speaking to a customer and not be so combative.I never went here because customer service was good, I only went because the food was always on point but now I will never step foot again. “Things just do not happen” as she puts it but I will let her continue to think so. SMH!

I never went here because customer service was good, I only went because the food was always on point but now I will never step foot there again. “Things just happen” as she puts it but that wasn’t the greatest response. When asked to be given the name and information of someone higher than her she became even more combative and told me that Robert was his name and that it is on the their door. I disapprove of sassiness, but definitely have zero tolerance for ignorance. From reading reviews on different social media platforms it seems this Jasons is going downhill and may need more customer service training.
Waited for about 5 minutes in the drive-thru lane at 9:30pm when the store closes at 10pm. Went around to park so I could order inside because I really wanted some Alfredo chicken, which is so delicious. I asked what time the entire store closes including the drive-thru lane and was told by a male clerk with a drive-thru head set fully on that Jason Deli closes at 10pm. Meanwhile I order a Chicken Alfredo, take my recipe and sit down while my food is being made. I received my food in less than ten minutes which I thought was fast. As I’m leaving every employee presumes cleaning, I get in the car and as I start leaving I turn back and most of the employees are facing me, arms crossed, dead eye. I ask myself if they are happy in the position they are in. I will make no assumptions, I respect and honor the stores hours from open to close.
