If your order is skipped by 1 or 2 numbers, I imagine it's normal, but since your order is given to someone else after 15 minutes of waiting, the customer deserves an apology!!! instead you hear an unpleasant attitude and demand that thewait 15 more minutes and that you are there waiting for your order if they don't give it to someone else!!! recognize a mistake when you work for the public!!! bad service at this place
I went through the drive-thru at 10:15 on a Saturday night as I was in line I heard some banging noise and I looked at the first drive-through window that was closed and there were two kids banging on the window inside of the restaurant in the back where the employees are when I got to the cashier I asked her about the kids she said they're her co-workers kid I don't think it's safe for an employee to have their two young children inside the restaurant at 10:15 at night
I stress strongly not to do business at this location. After making an order from the app for $46 I and my mother found out that there was a glitch in the system. The location apparently never received our order. Not their fault. It's frustrating for both parties. The woman working there gave us instructions to drive around and try again give it a few minutes to "maybe show up". The order never showed up on their end. When we showed her all proof of the order through the app and the dates as well as the bank statement showing money had already been taken out... She got an attitude and said "well there's nothing that I can do". I asked for the number to HR or corporate. When she said "No I don't have that number" and "I don't know what that is" I explained to her I have never worked a job of any kind where I did not have to know this number or have access to it. That this is something that she needs to know. She then snapped at me saying that "Ya want to talk to my manager?!". I said yes please I'm just trying to get this fixed. She told me then that I couldn't and to come back in the morning. After emailing and going through corporate the only way we could we have never received the money back. They said to give it 10 days it's been nearly 4 weeks. So in the end you will get nothing but poor customer service and theft.

The food was good and quick. The only problem was that our order was incorrectly taken at the drive-thru, so it was delivered incorrectly, and an item was forgotten. We were forced to go inside to rectify it (which was inconvenient), but it was taken care of swiftly.
