This location was super busy but our wait to be seated was maybe 10 minutes. Our server was a rockstar! Accurate, patient, experienced, fast, funny! He nailed it! The manager was really leading the team and checking in on tables. The staff on Sunday morning was running like a perfectly oiled machine. Orders were correct and hot. It was a great breakfast and everyone enjoyed the meal and service!

It’s the first time I’ve stopped at this IHOP on my way home from a long dr appt and I’m super pleased that I did.Firstly, the host “Ol Mr James” was super sweet and accommodating.Secondly, the server Sophy was very nice, funny and attentive without being too in your face. This was perfect since I’m not feeling my best. Finally, the food was really good. I ordered the French toast combo plus a side of fruit. (I had been fasting for almost 15 hours). The food was so IHOP. I loved it.

I will never eat here again. Not after being told my grits are in the microwave by my waitress. She gave us okay service, but you don’t ever tell you patrons your food is a microwave when their paying to make their food fresh. Hope you are making their food fresh. Maybe you spend a little more time training your staff so know what to tell a customer and what not too.

I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happy employee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her.The dining room and restrooms were clean and sanitized. The short order cooks were very busy but promptly were getting orders as quickly as possible. Customers tend to take cooks for granted since for the most part their work literally goes unnoticed by most customers. But I recognize their hard work and wanted to include my appreciation of them on this review.

Got curbside at the Conroe location and had to wait an hour for my food even after notifying I had arrived. I had to call and ask about my food and it had been sitting there. Naturally it arrived cold.Went to dine in at the Tomball location and food was wrong and also cold. What happened to ihop's standards?

Very Tasty, fast, clean, warm:) Our Server Ryan was Amazing??Bilingual, polite and with good attitude.

Staff were friendly, food is always of good standard. Happy with hygiene of surrounding during this pandemic.

The food wasn't made like we had asked. Sunny side up eggs were over medium, the sliced turkey sandwich was chunks of cold turkey. The waitress was completely great. Even though the food wasn't right at all, she tried everything to keep us happy. Her customer service was excellent, manager never came to the table to apologize, which to me isn't right. Because I've worked in the food industry before and we always spoke with the customers if something wasn't right. Definitely not going back here again.

Food was good. It's always noisy there. Covid has robbed IHOP of some of its charm.

IHOP is a great place to eat and the service is good. But the prices have increased so much recently they are now beyond our budget. Of course they will blame COVID, but I suspect it's become an excuse by many businesses just to raise prices. Apparently many other customers agree: we'd never seen the restaurant so empty. $13+ for eggs and pancakes? No thanks. I enclosed a pic of the menu. We ate there this time, but we will go elsewhere for our breakfasts.
