Waited super long in line. Half the doors were locked when we told the people we were sitting outside. I personally ordered fries and I used to work here so I know how much we give for just an order and I got half of it. My brother ordered a medium rare burger and got it well done meaning the cooks are not caring about what they’re serving. Honestly this place has just gone down hill since the pandemic. The drink station was gross and the ice is just over filling.
This is probally the worst experience I've ever had at a fuddruckers I ordered my burger medium rare because fuddruckers dosen't hire people that know meat tempsI took back my burger because it was cooked well done even though it had a medium rare plastic stick stuck in it. I took it back and told the cook that I ordered it medium rare and she says ok as she stared at me wondering what I wanted her to do. I told her it was way over cooked and she said ok just throw it was and I'll remake it I got another burger and it was still over cooked and the burger was falling apart like the burger wasn't properly made before cooking and the topping bar was almost empty and the cheese sauce had no pump and was left open with a ladle. After I attempt to eat my burger because I wasn't willing to wait for a 3rd burger to be cooked the fire alarm went off and everyone was asked to leave the restaurant. The burger that I did get to eat was disgusting it lacked seasoning and right now I'm In the bathroom my stomach is in knots I believe the meat was old or just not kept to proper temperature. I dont see this location staying in business long. I will never go back to this location. The only good fuddruckers left is on FM 1960
This visit was better than the last. however, still a lot to be desired. I frequented the Sawdust location for over 30 years. While this location is only 2 minutes from the house, I would rather go to the other location. Much better service (food is pretty much the same). This visit was for a family get together in the event room. They turned off the AC , it was nice when we first got there. I guess they didn't want us staying long. The previous visit we got there around 7, it was nearly an hour before we got our food. They were out of ketchup and refused to put any out since they were closing in half an hour. They only had a few packets and they disappeared quick. I realized this is onlyy experience at this location and having had great experiences at several other locations but It's really sad to see what has been a very good restaurant for years, lose its appeal for me. Too bad the other location closed.
Dry flavorless boiled patties/ BURNT well done. Ordered multiple chocolate milkshakes, got 3/4 cup McDonald’s soft serve ice cream with 1/4 cup of whipped cream. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!!! I miss Buckhorne location that closed. I think Corporate closed the wrong one. This is a hamburger joint but is NOT Fuddruckers. Take the name off the building. ALL STAFF NEEDS TO TASTE THEIR OWN FOOD PRODUCTS COMING OUT OF THEIR KITCHEN and see if they’d be willing to pay $50 for that meal!! Don’t be surprised when your restaurant gets empty from loyal customers like me going elsewhere. Cheaper to go to McDonald’s better burgers NOW at Freddie’s.
Unfortunately our order was overlooked (we waited over 30 minutes to find out that our order wasn’t ready). The mgr was apologetic and credited us for our meal and gave us a free dessert. She was kind enough to make us that burger but when went to get our fixin’s, there was hardly anything there, it was nearly bare, even the hot cheese for our fries was empty….. The Grogan Mill’s location was never like this. It’s a sad shame that the GM store was shut down. Maybe we’ll give it one more try but not anytime soon. We may go back to Beck’s Prime but I really don’t like their fries…. Ugh!
This Fuddruckers location used to be a sure thing but not anymore. Either management has changed again or just done care what they put out. Pic of the onion rings we ordered that were inedible. I hope this location improves soon.
I hope the corporate office takes the MANY recent, negative reviews into consideration. As many others have said, this location a year ago would have gotten 5 stars. Now - 1 star. It was such a great place to go with kids - but now the toppings are always out, the restaurant is messy, service and food comes out very slow, inconsistent cooking of the meat. Such a shame! Please... Inform the manager or get a new manager so it can turn around!
Wow! The WORST fuddruckers I’ve ever been to. We had about 18 people meet up there last night to eat. Walk up, they are virtually out of everything, hamburger sizes , specialty burgers, salads, no soft drinks, no milkshakes, old stale cookies. We managed to find enough to get through, however a couple of our friend went next door to get salads and came back to eat together. The bathrooms were filthy, only one worked, there was no air conditioning working. The fixing bar didn’t have all the fixings, no hot cheese or jalapeño cheese. They had only 4 people trying to work this Restaurant without it being supplied. The 4 in there did their absolutely best and you could easily see they were stressed out and embarrassed. they did not have what it took to represent this restaurant they way it should be but they tried, Hats off to the staff. Whatever management is there, you were terrible and you should have closed your doors instead of allowing patrons to walk through your doors. Shame on you “owners” or “managers” for putting your employees and patrons through such an experience. You got us last night, but you will not have our money in the future. You ruined Fuddruckers for us. “Shame”
First time at this location because sadly the one we usually went to in the Woodlands closed down. The burger was okay, but overcooked. Not medium like we asked for. We ordered fudd fries but when we got our order, they said they ran out and gave us the less yummy wedge fries which I specifically didnt want because they were ringing us up for those instead of fudd fries. We had to tell them again that we wanted the fudd fries, not the wedge fries. They changed it on the tab, but still.. we ended up getting wedge fries anyways because they ran out (without noticing they were going to run out??) and without offering us something else or a partial refund. The soda machine had practically no options. Very disappointing. The place was not as busy as I'd expected on Valentines Day, yet the place was full of dirty tables and trash on the floor! The women's bathroom was also out of order... Horrible experience at this location. They need to get someone to clean this place up and restock everything. It was just gross.
Nice place. Early trip at 11:15. Ketchup dispensers empty. Opening crew didn't check any dispensers apparently. Looks like a fairly new place. Crew still learning. Burgers always good at Fudds.
