Seems I'm not even close to the only person who has had horrible experiences at this location. Their customer service is non existent and they constantly get my order wrong. This morning I'm pretty sure they gave me an old messed up order and tried to pass it off as mine. Asked for an iced coffee with vanilla and cream and less ice. I pay 50 cents extra for less ice. Get "my order" and there is about 2 tablespoons of raw sugar sitting on the bottom and half the cup is ice. I didn't order sugar at all. Go inside to show them the sugar granules sitting at the bottom and the guy working the counter acted extremely inconvenienced by their mistake. I was the only person there, in the drive thru and inside. So who's order did I get?

WOW...aggressively bad customer service. Wife and I pulled through the drive-thru, there was a little bit of a line. We went to order something, and apparently they were out. So we said "give us one moment please". Woman taking our order would not give us a moment.. she immediately asked "what is your order". We told her again we needed one more moment. And she yelled "are you going to order something".We were at that box for maybe 25 secondsWe ended up driving away because, I'm not going to give my money to anyone who treats me like that.Customer service is a dying art these days.

. I walked in Friday morning to purchase a coffee. I was the only person in-line inside, drive through was busy . A female employee was in the front working on something another female from drive- thru approached the women infront and told her “I need a dozen donuts” and left she didn’t even say which kind. So I’m sure the women was confused about the order. However with all that going on she makes the effort and acknowledges me, greets me and ask how can I help you ?( Great customer service ). Then this rude manager dressed man (Franchise owner) comes out of now where and rudely humiliated her in-front of me and said hey does your ear piece work we said we need a dozen donuts . It was disgusting to witness I defended the woman and told him she was just acknowledging me and doing a great job she wasn’t wrong at all. I would never spend a penny in a business like this one.This Franchise owner prefers rude remarks and humiliation over customer service. I hope people feel the same way as I do . To the woman working the front Friday thank you for your kindness and great customer service keep up the good work the workforce needs more people like you.

My new favorite place for donuts! Beautiful location can get quite busy in a.m. especially if its cold! My favorite donut is Boston Cream.

Amazing staff. Everyone is super friendly, and they’re currently low on workers, so I highly recommend getting an interview! I would if I could, considering how good the service is. Waiting time can be a bit rough, but it’s understandable, and I’m definitely willing to be patient for them. Thank you!

Left the dunkin donut off Louetta, the dunkin donut on Tomball have been very consistent on service and quality. Definitely, my go to place from now on even if I have to drive farther.

Love the avocado toast. I added bacon to it and it was great. Love the Holiday Blend coffee: nice and strong and good flavor.

Normally I enjoy Dunkin locations but this one seems more hit or miss leaning to more of a miss. Went today and ordered 2 bagels with spread and coffee. Young man said they close in 25min and have already started cleaning so no they aren’t selling food. He said we can still get coffee though. We tell him what we want and when he repeats it back, he says it backwards on which one was cold and hot, so my wife corrected him. He replied “yeah that’s exactly what I just said”. We get to the window and he asks which one was hot and cold? So apparently he didn't pay attention to the 3 times we said it and should have left off the rude remark.

This is the WORST Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They will ruin your morning, quick! The drive thru person taking the order is so rude, the window person is also always rude. Even if you go inside EVERYONE is rude! No one says hello, everyone seems miserable working there. My order is always wrong, literally. Done giving this Dunkin’ chances, and my money!

Food and coffee is fine. BUT be aware the lobby is closed without warning or sign on the door. Staff explained they are under staffed and unable to run the lobby, but there should be a sign on the door explaining such! Only the drive thru is open.
