Blake was an amazing pizza delivery man, he was incredibly sweet and attentive to all of my pizza needs. He went above and beyond with his service tonight, and I hope I him again the next time I order from this location (which will be very soon btw). The swagger and confidence with which Blake delivers pizzas is above any delivery man I’ve ever seen. I tipped him quite handsomely, and I could forget his service towards me for the rest of the night. Blake deserves a raise for being such a good pizza delivery boy.
Pizza and over done (twice, the original and the reorder) wings over done. Really wasted my time driving down for the remake after the delivered pizza was burnt and dry. Whoever was cooking tonight (5/21/22) was lazy and didn’t bother to toss the COLD wings.Won’t bother running a risk of them preparing our food anymore. Could have gotten a $9 Sam’s Club pizza with better quality and results
Order a pizza still went 10 min later and pizza was still not made. Left asked for refund going to take 2 more days. Quality dropped here a lot.
I ordered two large cheese pizzas, 1 large pepperoni pizza, and 1 medium supreme pizza. What did i get? 1 large pepperoni and 1 large supreme. When ordering i asked what the deals where for getting what i ordered. The man on the phone told me the deal, and what he could do for us for our 3 large pizzas and one medium… every large pizza for $7.99…he actually told us it would be cheaper to buy 4 largers so we did. When we got the two instead of four pizzas I understood it wasnt the drivers fault so i called the store. I was greeted by the rudest, most condescending woman i have ever met. I am only 18 and have worked fastfood before and her coustomer was horrendous. We paid over $35 for TWO pizzas. Ridiculous. The girl on the phone hung up with me when i was discussing how inappropriate her behavior was. I called back TWICE and she did not answer. I have ordered from this dominos many times, and usually i have a great experience… this time im unsure if ill ever go back after how disgustingly me and those i was with were treated when calling to ask for our two missing pizzas. UPDATE: apparently her name is olivia… she wouldnt give me her last name. I will be talking to her general manager maria.
My order is always perfectly prepared. Some of the low reviews surprise me, The food is always good and the deliveries are always on time. My online orders are always perfectly managed by the team at this location.??
DO MOT ORDEE PIZZA AT THIS LOCATION. These people are rude and unprofessional and have no decency. Don’t make a mistake ordering your pizza because these people don’t understand human error. They will argue with you and are extremely rude.
Got pretty sick from the food here twice.Not sure if it was the chicken or the pizza because I had both each time. But if you have a sensitive stomach or get food poisoning easily, I suggest you find a different pizza place to order from.
Last place to order from dominos more than an hour waiting for my order. I called and nobody know where is it. Finally after 3 different representative, she let me know the order still is in the store, because they don’t have enough delivery’s drivers, so I have to drive for pick up my order. The food was cold, I wasted my money and my time. Take your business for another place.
Place is always on point for years. Super fast like 20 mins most of the time fast. Pizza Hut will never even show up or take an hour and half so I will always use this dominos location. I even messed up an order and was my fault. They corrected it and paid for it, EVEN thought it was completely my fault. Great service.(Just make sure they don’t forget condiments)
Horrible customer service. Order wasn't edible. Red meat in the wings. Pizza was overcooked. Called management and management was rude and gave no alternative to make this order right. After being on phone for 15 minutes going back and forth, I hung up and stated I will give higher authorities a call.This establishment is in dire need of a new management or CLOSE the STORE if you not going to give no customer satisfaction. Who orders large amount of food and the food you receive is inadequate to eat? Simply sickening to be this rude and take people money and give them what you want them to have.SHUT this STORE DOWN. I have receipt and phone conversation recorded. Higher Authorities will pay them a visit soon.
