I've been roasting my own coffee for almost 20 years and I've purchased green coffee beans from different importer/suppliers. Copan has struck the perfect balance of great quality beans, great service, and competitive pricing. They are awesome!

I love coffee. My coffee routine is almost like a sacred ritual in the morning. I used to buy Starbucks thinking that was the best and boy was I wrong. I've been buying Copan coffee for years now and it has enhanced my morning ritual immensely. This is what coffee is supposed to taste like. I have yet to find their equal.
I know understand it was an instant messenger response when I contacted them. There is no way to reach them, the roads are all closed due to huge Medical Complex Dr. expansion. When I called after trying 12 different ways to get there, left VM. No one ever returned my call. Why don't you have it posted on your Facebook, that due to construction you are closed? Lost my interest... Really bad business practices!
Great company! I've been using them for nearly 2 years as I started my business, and have since grown it through their great coffees and offerings. This is a great company and prices whether you are roasting for yourself or starting a business Copan is a great company. Their employees have always been helpful too when I need resolutions.
Omg the best international coffee I been to. You won’t be disappointed trust me. It’s the best tasting coffee ever. I would recommend the Mexico coffee and the Brazil coffee.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the coffee and lack of response from "customer service". It has been 8 days since I contacted Copan regarding one of my purchases and possible return with no response. Of course now I can't return the item because it's outside of the return window. Great way to ensure no repeat business.
I have been roasting coffee for about 18 years. There are suppliers out there who have great quality of beans as well as variety and service, but will charge a premium for those beans. There are suppliers who provide great quality beans at a reasonable price, but may have a smaller variety and limited customer service. I have recently placed my first order with Copan in search for the best all around supplier. I believe I have found them. I am very pleased with the beans I ordered. Copan was efficient in processing the order, the price was competitive, and I've received a follow-up email from them to see if there was anything they could help me with. I never got that once from my previous supplier. I'm looking forward to trying some other beans through them. - David Largent, Midlothian, TX
