I don’t normally write reviews, because I feel like if I’ve had a bad experience. It’s been an isolated incident. However I’ve been coming to this chipotle weekly for years, zero issues up until my last two visits. 2 weeks ago I order pickup, open my quesadilla, a large hair right on the top. No big deal. But today. I order pickup again, and as I’m enjoying my burrito bowl, 4 bites in and I chomp down on a piece of rock or gravel small enough to not see on the fork but large enough to cause me to drop what I was doing and go to the bathroom and spit it out. I’ve filed a complaint, but be wary of what you put in your mouth here. I’ll thinking twice before I order from this location again.

Customer Service is terrible!Constantly out of food on the line.Only reason I didn’t give one star is due to the fact that there are some great employees that balance out the bad employees which includes the management. They need to do better

I noticed my burrito was a really odd shape and for $13 I couldn’t help but come back and say something to the manager and he had somebody else make me an awesome looking Full looking burrito totally took care of me whoever was the manager from 1 PM on 2/11 thank you you rock ?

I don't eat out but I didn't feel like making anything. Quick vegan meal for me.

In my opinion, not as good as they were before covid. Prices have gone up but not the food quality. Good service in a very clean environment.

Best Chipotle in the area, bar none. My family and I come here from The Woodlands just to eat Chipotle here. The meats are always seasoned, and cooked properly. Chips are crisp, salty, with good amount of lime. Dining room is cleaner than most Chipotles (usually rly clean, floor was kinda dirty today) and the folks that work here are very nice as well.

Burrito was great. The staff on the other hand looked at me with disdain like I'm some kind of inconvenience, maybe because I came in 25 minutes before close and that's too late? I looked multiple people in the eye and give a friendly hello and one of them just looks at me and then slowly walks away to the back, and the other one just looked at me and turned around and cleaned for another few minutes hoping I will go away then finally got back to me. Can't even get a simple hello, I know better than to expect a smile at a fast food joint. Seems to be a thing that happens more these days, like a cultural shift toward corporate culture control and the associated low pay misery. I think these people hate their jobs and probably their life and I don't blame them. I would probably be doing them a favor if I got them fired. Regardless, this location is taking up important market share so I hope they find a way to make their employees happy so I don't have to deal with unenthusiastic saps.

Very, very fresh food. Best fast food Mexican food I have found around here.

I've come to this location several times in hopes that the quality of employee would improve but EVERY TIME they crumple everything into a ball... Sorry but I ordered a burrito, not a dumpling spilling out ingredients

Bought dinner for the family here last night. They were supporting a fundraiser for our school. Great service and great food.
