Came here last night and was totally unimpressed. Chilli's is usually my go-to classic especially after a long week. I came in, I was told it'd be a 15-minute wait for a table for two. Totally fine, its whatever. Then we wait about double that, and the margaritas taste like pure lime with watered down tequila. I ask for another, and they say the bartender was about ready to leave for the night. Not to mention, this was at about 6PM. Anyways, so I just order a regular soda, and get my food. Fries come out cold, ribs are more fat than they are meat, and broccoli is cold and hard as ice. When i ask for my check, the girl with the half-done ponytail and glasses rudely reaches over our table, pulls up our tab, and just walks away. Won't be coming back.
staff was totally rude. I came 20 minutes ago and the place was almost empty but it took staff about half an hour just to take my order... and when she did i can almost bet she rolled her eyes at me. Can we be a little bit more mature and professional?
Love this place been coming here a long time but please clean and remodel ur bathroom!!! The womens bathroom is disgusting! Made me loose my appetite really! Bathroom stalls are so gross! Wouldn’t take five minutes to wipe them down! Door handles gross! Toilets gross! Fix this please!
My sister and I came in and what a great experience!! Great customer service from Jason the bartender. We will be back soon. Food was hot and fresh even at closing time. Thanks again.
Part of my order was missing. This has happened the last 5 times I've ordered to go. I called the manager and demanded half of my money back. I understand they are short handed, but that should be a greater reason to make sure the orders are correct!
The food was good, served hot. The service was a little slow as they were understaffed.

Shonda is THE best waitstaff. She took excellent care of us from our drink order, food order, refills and all. Stopped by frequently to see if we were OK or needed anything!! Food was very good also.
They open late and the food is good if you know what to order. Staff was friendly and the service is good.
Best Chili’s I been too in a long time! After eating here I feel like Chili’s has a chance for a comeback. Food, price, and customer service as good. The only bad thing was the sweet tea and water. Didn’t taste very well.
