They close at 10 PM and I pull up at 9:56 just to get a drink not food or anything else just a drink and instead of saying I’m sorry we’re closed early which they shouldn’t be the guy just blurts out one word over the system closed. 6/16/2022 9:56. I understand it was late but he could’ve just asked What I wanted before just writing me off. Plus if your hours say till 10 PM that’s when you stop taking orders
Sooo. I go in to order food. Comes up to $15 and as I pull my credit card out the manager tells the cashier that First Responders eat free. I tried to pay but I was told not to worry and then they said Thank You for my service.I’m a Paramedic because I love helping people. And I appreciate when anyone gives any thanks to Police, Fire or Ambulance crews. It is t necessary but it sure means a lot after a rough day. That was awesome.
.The wait I’m the drive through would never end with not many vehicles. The cashier in the drive through was rude, and mumbled back my order and argued with me after I pointed out it was wrong. The Gravy was like milk and very watery.. I’m so sad because the food and service is not the same. The food was overpriced and not worth the money.
Waited 25+ min. Forgot the gravy on a $40 meal. Okra was cold.
Fully recommend tomball location.I eat here at least twice a month, with optimistic intentions of weekly. I only order the catfish and macaroni/ okra/mashed taters.I often call in, as the catfish is dropped concluding orders based on health code regulations with fish... I prefer this personally. Everyone has always been courteous and as an additional thumbs up, I left my wallet by the condiments and they held onto it til I made it back by.
I was in the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward while my food cooked (no problem), but when I got my food, it was not drsh out of the cooker hot and didn't taste fresh. I will not be returning.Service was not friendly but not rude, they had no spunk to them.
The service is somewhat ok. When the chicken is fresh, it's really good but my last visit I was not really happy with the service or the food. The chicken tasted like it was a day old, the gizzards were extremely small and for $9, I expected to get more to make up for the size but that didnt happen. The food and service there is like Marshall's & TJ Maxx, it's hit or miss..
I love their fried chicken. Its seasoned, hot and very very good. The fries are always hot to. No cold fries for me. The chicken is so tasty that I cant seem to order anything else on the menu. But I'm working on it!
I never thought I'd say this.. but Chicken Express is better than Popeyes...and I love me some Popeyes.
Not only is the food always freshly cooked to order, but the people here do such a great job. It's always so busy and they are all working hard and have a good attitude!
