Worst customer service - unusual for a Chick-fil-A. They forgot to bring out our curbside order. When we went in to check they said it was not ready even though the app said it was. When we went back in 20 mins later the manager was rude, screamed at me and pretty much tossed the order to me instead of handing it to me. The order was also incomplete.
Normally when a delivery system says that your food was delivered your food should’ve been delivered unfortunately this did not happen at this Chick-fil-A. Normally Chick-fil-A food is great and the service is great but the manager that I spoke to today unfortunately kept saying that I Have received the food. I in turn told them why would I keep calling if I had already gotten my food. On top of that she said that she had a driver with her and was saying that they did drop my food off so I asked to speak to the driver and she wouldn’t let me. She also told me why don’t you wait outside for the driver although it clearly states to leave at the door for social distancing purposes I am never going to Get delivery from the Chick-fil-A again a very disappointing experience
Went through drive through as usual and got my order, made the mistake of trusting them that all my items were in the bag so I didn’t check the bag. Was missing a whole sandwich and got just fries… didn’t realize till 20 minutes later when I got home. They failed to simply place the sandwiches in the bag so I paid $22 to get just fries. Thanks Chick-fil-a. Don’t forget the my pleasures..
Slowest location ever. Every restaurant has been open for dine in for well over a year. Yet this location is still closed. Atlanta please help. So week later return and the wait actually was not bad, but now I get home and Mac is Missing.. never fails always something
This Chick-fil-A is easily the worst one in the area. We were so excited when they opened it and have been at least 20 times since they opened. I would say 75% of the time they are either super slow or they mess the order up. We are so disappointed and it’s obviously the management that needs change as our experience is consistently terrible at this location. They are also still closed inside as of February of 2022, which is the only restaurant I know of that is still like that.
Worst Chick-fil-A ever. I wish corporate would do something about this terrible location because it makes me hate Chick-fil-A. I’m just going to echo the other reviews that this place is so SLOW!!! They take forever when you order there or order delivery or pickup on the app. It’s terrible.I ordered pick up on Christmas Eve where the app stated they would be open from 9 until 3 PM (I think). I got there at 9:20 to pick up my food and they were not open! So they took my money from the app and I never got my food. They wouldn’t even refund me the money back, they just took it. I don’t know why I didn’t learn my lesson after that fiasco and I keep coming back, this place stinks.Also, they gave me an open granola packet in my delivery. Gross!
Grilled chicken on our sandwich felt super rubbery that the grilled marks were hard to bite through, tortilla soup was super cold, my husband asked for large fries and got medium. For some reason we always have issues at this cfa but I will be going to another location since this location seems to sabotage my order.
Drive up line moved very quickly. Food was very fresh and hot. Waffle fries were great..nice change up from usual fries. Large portions of chicken. We'll worth the price. Will definitely be back!!!!
Slowest chickfila I've ever been to! We just moved to the area and have been here 3 times now. The first two times we used the drive thru which took forever, so we decided to give curbside a try. We ordered before leaving our home a few miles away, and it took them 15 minutes to bring our order out after we checked in. This might be my last trip to this location
I absolutely love chic fila but this location is run so poorly that it's depressing. The food quality is usually on par but the drive through is run differently than any other chicfila I've seen and its unreasonably slow! The curbside is SLOW. AND for some reason they don't have an inside dining option. There is little to no customer service. Corporate needs to step in here. Its unlikely I'll be back to this location
