It's Chick-fil-A home of the fastest drive through per volume of cars, with a pretty good chicken Sandi to boot. The app I use 100% of the time I go to Chick-fil-A Tomball, and my order has been 100% correct and quick AF every time. One thing i like to say about Chick-fil-A Tomball they are also the most generous with dips for their food. This place for food quality, ease of order, price of food, the app, accuracy/freshness puts Chick-fil-A Tomball the best chicken joint in Tomball, Heck i didnt get to even mention the sweet tea, and the lemoaide, and the breakfast, All superior to the rest.Side note old guy in drive through with the all day hustle back and forth running .. Dude 100% many props for what you are doing, thank you for showing folks what Real work ethic is all about.
Chick-fil-A got a new customer!! I went to the one in Tomball and they made me feel right at home!! They brought us our food took or trash and asked if we wanted refills!! I was impressed with there customer service!! Oh yeah there chocolate chunk cookies are awesome so soft and yummy!! I'm definitely a Chick-fil-A customer!!
Worst experience ever. I ordered my food on my app had to wait forever only to get a salad with no dressing and I called and nothing was done. So disrespectful!
Good quick service and very good chicken
I never used that app before my friend decided to use it and unfortunately it didn't redeem all of our order. We were trying figure out why instead of helping us or explaining . The Hispanic Little girl with long brown hair gray jacket who is a manager ask us to move over so other costumers could get next to us i thought we were in pamdemic all so she could open up the register next to the one we were checking out at lady hadn't even taken our payment for remainder of the order. Basicly not how I expect to be treated here .
This is my favorite of all of the Chick-fil-A restaurants that I have been to. Food is always fresh, hot and served with smiles.

Needed a place for lunch while I waited for my tires to be taken care of at Discount Tire across the street; this CFL worked out perfectly.I ordered using the app; my food was brought out quickly and was hot & tasty. The employees were very friendly and offered to refill my drink twice.Thanks!
