I know its not the workers fault, it starts at management for schedule and other issues. But to be cursed at and told to leave the lobby, which was unlocked and I sat outside the door for about 10mins on a phone call, and then hear her cursing out the drive thru orders with f-bombs and other profanity, this behavior doesn't fall on them. Worst location I've been to.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this Burger King and the person opening is inside riding the clock. The lights are on but no one’s home I guess. You would think corporate notices that no one has purchased anything at this location before I don’t know say 8am or whenever they feel like they want to start selling items. If you don’t want to work just quit. But don’t steal from the company. Same burgundy car parked outside everytime. Might as well keep going if you see it.

The drive-through staff needs retraining - you can't hear/understand the person talking to you, and they will interrupt you and try to suggestive sell in the middle of your order. I'm sorry, but we've all been using drive throughs for, what, fifty years now? If I say "number 1, no cheese" then I do not need you to interrupt me to ask, "do you want the combo?" and "would you like to add cheese?" Then the young man at the window looks really confused when you ask for ketchup. Just overall the drive-through team needs to step up their game. The food was predictable, what you expect from a burger king.

Awful. The cashier that greeted us at the window was uptight and unprofessional. The manager had to ask her to calm down while he assisted with applying an online coupon.We asked for the free upsize and provided the code from the website and they “had no idea what we were talking about”. The manager was helpful and accommodating and upsized the drink per the coupon code that we provided.Arrived home and The Impossible Burger was missing and instead a second Whopper was included. I am a vegetarian.Also the chicken nuggets from our meal were missing.Attempted to call the store directly multiple times, no answer.Very disappointing.

This location is horrible. The only one we have ever had trouble with. We went to the drive thru the lady is abrasive and rushes, we pay, the order isn't right. We go in to fix it and they don't even apologize she just throws the food that was missing in the bag.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I can say most times it's tolerable, I do like the burgers, chicken fries, and some other items, when they are NOT COLD AF!! The ease of app and rewards it gives folks are the only constant things burger King has going! 2 whopper meal deal 10$ on the app. Both sides 1 fries the other onion rings, leftover from previous day COLD. My burger was correct, my son's his wasn't. Another complaint is in drive thru, don't be stingy on freaking dips, a "few" or "some" bbq or zesty sauce doesn't mean one! BK and Wataburger come in dead last for accuracy, food quality, and customer service. Although Wataburger has better customer service JS, that's my take.

What a nightmare! Zero stars if I could. They rang an combo as a small when I said LARGE. Then they would not change it. Then they said they could not even ring me up another order for a large drink!?! They made their customer before me, making them backed up, MY issue to solve. They told me because they were behind I had to get out of their window and come inside to fix their ineptitude. I will NEVER EVER go back here!

Food was good, special 2 fors are great during these hard economic times these days. Inside tables were all dirty. Told Mgr about it and even cleaned up drink dispenser area myself! ??

It's okay... I am not a huge fan of burger King except their breakfast. But we had normal food. Sometimes it's hard to understand the employees due to language fluency.

In the past...I would skip this Burger King because of food quality...But today was different. Service was quick. Food quality was hot and great. Even got napkins. New Management??I will definitely return. ?
