This has become a regular eating place for my family. I have 2 boys and they love the wings and playing trivia at the restaurant. Prices are good, food is good and the atmosphere is great (especially if you are into sports). Most times this locations food is nice and hot although the last time we went it was a little disappointing (food was just warm). The place needs some renovations, for example the last time we went we were placed in a booth that has seats that were ripped (see images). Still a fun place to visit, good food and a good experience!
Wish I could leave less than one star this place is just going downhill and fast. Got there today Sunday 6/19/22 @ 4pm and waited at the front for someone to even come and greet me for 15 minutes (no it’s not busy) got seated in the bar area and waited another 15 minutes for someone (bartender) to come and take my drink order then she acted as if it was an inconvenience for her. Finally a server shows up to take my order server came to the table twice and had to be tracked down to finally get my check so I could leave. The food I ordered was a 15 piece boneless wings and it never fails the wings either come out dripping with sauce or they come out with hardly any sauce at all. You would think getting boneless wings you’d get a decent looking piece of chicken but no they are like biting into a piece of jerky most days and today was one of those days!
Bad service, and we didn't even eat there. We came in and there were plenty of tables open but the hosts said the kitchen was backed up so if we wanted to wait over an hour for our food we could stay. So they essentially made it seem like they wanted us to leave. They weren't polite about it at all so we left. We saw other people before us leave also so they must have had the same service. We love buffalo wild wings, but that one is definitely losing a lot of business.
We sat at our table for 15 minutes not once were we approached with a greeting or be right with you. Walked right by us. Place has gone downhill.
Food and drinks was great but waited 20 min for our server to greet us and then pretty sure he forgot about our food because 2 other tables arrived and ordered long after us and we waited about 45 min on food.
BWW in Tomball: food was cold and service was extremely slow. We were a large party (14), got there are 6:30 and didn't leave until almost 9:30. Even for a large party, it took way too long. We've had the same problem before, but wanted to give them a try since it was our kids choice to go for their birthdays.
I like this buffalo wild wings in Tomball lot cleaner, the waitress lot more have patient with customer the waitress name was glenda better they the one on I-45 and Richey Road.
Ordered our food 30 min ahead. When we arrived to pick up our food I was told it would be an additional 20 min or so. When I was trying to see if I could cancel the order, a girl acted like she was going to go get a manager to find out, but when she returned 5 min later, she came back without answers and completely ignored me, like I wasn't even there. I then asked for a manager. A manager came and explained to me what was going on. She said it would be just 5 minutes more for my food. We waited another 10. Not a big deal. I understand about being busy. When they brought out my food I checked to see if it was all there. Boxes were labeled. I assumed that it was all correct in flavoring. Boy was I wrong. Fries were cold, I ordered 15 buffalo wings, and I didn't get the buffalo sauce. They put some dry seasoning on it. Very dissatisfied with the experience. And like I said, I understand about being busy. You shouldn't treat your customers like they dont matter. We spent almost $70 for 2 people. I will not be back.
I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. My wife had the all American burger and I had 10x traditional wings. 5x with honey BBQ and 5x with med hot. BBQ was alright but the med hot was just the right hot for me. Dipped in ranch was just the right taste of heat to cool taste. They also had blur cheese dip. Might give that a try next time. My wife's burger was too big. This was a double patty. We were told you could get it with one patty after we told the server about it. This is not listed on the menu. All in all a great place for lunch.
About 5 years ago this place was decent. I give it a try about every 6 months to see if it has changed. After yesterday's visit I believe I'm done. Terrible service, bad food and just got worse the longer we stayed. Worse visit ever.
