Update: 6/19/22 - We did a take-out order last evening for Father's Day. We ordered online 3 large classic meals and one large boneless meal. They forgot to put in the boneless meal, which was frustrating because when picking up the order, the lady repeated the order and didn't mention the boneless meal. I asked her about it, and she said something like, "Oh yeah, it is in there." We get home and it is NOT in there. I had to eat my fries quickly so they wouldn't get cold, while I was waiting on the hold for, and talking to, the manager. He acted skeptical when I told him the situation and then said he would make me the order and it would be ready in 10 minutes. So, I didn't get to eat my food hot, because I had to leave to get them while part of my family that was enjoying their meal, and my son, who was just eating his fries (which were in the bag without his boneless wings). The manager apologized to me before hanging up, but it seemed like an afterthought. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience of driving back up there and back home, eating mine later and colder, and my son watching my other family members eat. I know to a worker it may not be a big deal, but for our family, it was a big disruption of our Father's Day meal and game night. I changed my review from 5 stars to 4 stars, because of this, and also because the wings were not as good this time. (Maybe because they were cold?‍♀️) Maybe it will be another 5+ years until I go back again. ?Previous week's review here:It was good. However, warning if you have never been to any Wing Stop before, they put sugar in their French fry seasoning, so now I pay the 10 cents for parmesan cheese on them instead of the seasoning, and it is WAY better. Of you like sweet fries, then keep it like it comes. Nobody in my family of four likes it. Their ranch dressing for dipping is amazing, and they are proud of it at $1.39 for an additional one on a large meal. It feels like one should come with the smaller meals and 2 on the large, but you still only get one. Their blue cheese is also yummy, and the same cost. The wings are good and crispy and much better than last time I ate there 5+ years ago when I never planned to return after getting tiny wings with no meat on them and an employee with attitude. We have been going to the 242 location since then. I'm glad we went back today. It was very good, and way closer to our house. The employees were all pleasant as well, so we will be back soon. Second visit to this location and I am satisfied once again. I appreciate every single person that is on the team for all their hard work and most of all for the way they work as a team. I forgot to obtain the young man’s name but I am assuming he is in leadership. He led the team well and was constantly communicating with each person while in the kitchen. I appreciate that he communicated with us the wait time and I honestly didn’t mind waiting as our meal was hot, fresh and delicious. He not only did this with us but every person that walked through the door. I hope that they receive the recognition they all deserve. They all worked well under tension as it was very busy with door dash orders, dine-ins and takeouts. Amazing customer service!

We ordered wings yesterday order completely wrong and missing items. We called spoke to the manger and was told by sterling that our order receipt would be put in for the next day. We called the next day and I explained what the manger told to me say. The manger that was working that day He asked “so we got 15 wings wrong” and asked me multiple times what happened with the order as if I was lying. WE HAD SPOKE TO HIS YESTERDAY and he knew exactly what they messed up on. Which ever manger is working today is terrible. We only got the 8 hot wings even though our whole order was wrong we received chicken tenders and 10 wings 5 of a flavor we did not order

Love the wings but the service at this location is an awesome example of the worse service you can get.I myself and 4 other customers waited in line for 20 minutes before they even acknowledged us. When they finally did, the person in charge waked, didn't say anything but " there is an hour and thirty minute wait, you can come back later"Wr all walked out.

We placed an order for over $100 and arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. 30 minutes after waiting there they finally told us our order had never been placed. The manager had me text him a picture of our order so he could put it in. We weren't going to wait another 30-40 minutes so we asked for a refund. They told us the refund wouldn't be put through until Tuesday (it was placed on a Saturday) and then would take 5-7 business days to go through. The manager apologized but didn't try to do anything else to help.The food at Wingstop is good but the service is always terrible. This experience was the last straw.

Wow! this location is horrible. I’ve ordered here a few times in the evening and the guys working there are rude af and don’t care about anything. My orders typically are missing an item and when I let them know they will say that they’re out of it..Please don’t waste your time here. Wingstop is great but this location makes them look terrible.

This location is getting horrible. I don't want to come here anymore. And some employees smell like smoke and im not talking about cigarette smoke.

The counters were very dirty, a noticable grime on the checkout area as well as the drink area. please wipe things off, its not hard or time-consuming. also i was handed straw with no paper on them with the same hands that were touching the register, the phone, the counters and the food. wear gloves or wash your hands, please.also the fries were very dark and soggy, i dont know how that happened

I ordered online for carry out, got there and the guys were nice one even held the door and my order was ready, and that's why they got two stars.Got home looked in bag the fries are missing, I forgot to check the order before I left.Three of my wings were chard covered in sauce but when I bit into them they tasted like ash and unedible.

This time, they forgot our drinks. Last time they forgot an order of fries. They also won't even answer calls at this location to address the issue.
