They have the best fries in town...when the fryer is working. It's so unreliable that it's become a joke between me and my daughter to place a bet on whether or not it will be working when we get there. The winner gets to choose the name that gets written on the other's bag that's called out by the cooks. ?I mean, how much money could a new fryer actually cost compared to the amount of times I've seen them pay people to have people come out and repair it... unsuccessfully? Maybe we need to create a Kickstarter for them??Speaking of inconsistant... The employees are a mix of very young clueless kids and a few adults who are seriously good at their jobs. You never know who you're gonna get.Also, the music they play is seriously good, all the time!!! Lots of 80's and 90's mixed with current stuff. I'm the embarrassing mom singing out loud ?
My husband stopped in today for the first time. He ordered a Grinder. They brought him a salad and he said he was expecting a sandwich. The reply was no he ordered a Grinder. Where we are from a Grinder is a sandwich, the picture on the menu board showed it being a sandwich. This is a sandwich shop. Well, he left with the salad and headed to Jersey Mike's. Got a delicious sandwich. Be smart go to Jersey Mike's.
Kept trying to do the card and told each time “nope, you didn’t do it right “. Lol all I wanted was a grilled cheese and chips for my kid. Guess I am not the type of paying customer they want hahaha.

My husband took my 3 kids in to grab dinner while I was at a work event yesterday evening. He ordered a pizza sub for my 5 year old and asked to add pepperoni to it. The guy behind the counter flat out said “no I can’t do that” my husband offered to pay an up charge if he could just add pepperoni and they still refused and would not do it.I’m not sure what the issue is or why it’s not allowed to add pepperoni to a pizza sub with an up charge but we will never be back again.
Went with some friends and had a great time, very good service and was offered oftentimes by the workers for anything we needed. Great experience and definitely will be back.

I love which which and often go there when I'm near there but I just couldn't do it today. No one working there was wearing a mask. As someone that has medical issues, I just couldn't risk it. I don't live in the woodlands, just drive over for doctor appointments. I'll have to find another stop before Trader Joe's.
New reviews are fake. I used to go to this location frequently and it was my favorite sandwich place. Unfortunately, apparently there is new management and staffing with a completely different style and quality of service. They have taken away the customized style sandwiches and replaced them with pre made recipes, defeating the purpose of the whole restaurant concept. They do have a customized option, but you cannot customize each style anymore, and they have serious difficulty dealing with modifications and customized sandwiches in general. They missed cheese on mine and it looked thrown together. Also dirty tables all over the place, don’t know what the reviews about cleanliness are about. Overall unpleasant staff as well, so not a great experience.
