Terrible experience every time I go here. Today was no exception. Forgot fries through the long wait in drive thru and so I went inside didn’t get noticed by anyone had to tell the kid laughing and joking with coworkers they forgot my fries. Waited and waited then the lead asked if I had been helped then the other guy remembered to say they forgot my fries. I get a bag and I am glad I checked I paid for a large and they gave me a medium and so I had to go BACK AGAIN to get the corrrct one and they were cold!Less play time and more work would produce a more efficient store. And have someone paying attention to the front.

That definitely is not a BBQ chicken strip sandwich. I waited 15 extra min to have my order destroyed. I gave one chance to prove everyone wrong. They were right. Do not recommend this Whataburger location.

I used their app and got my food curbside. The guy who brought my food was extremely nice and also made these like curbside treat bags on his own time for people who ordered curbside. I wish I would’ve asked his name, I don’t know how I’ve been going thru the drive thru when I could’ve been getting this kinda service this whole time in curbside.

I love whataburger… don’t get wrong but the quality has dropped off where I live. Most of the difference us due to the bun. They are not greasy anymore. Maybe it’s due to the supply chain delays. Nah, it s due to cost cutting. I hope I’m wrong.

Bad service, they gave me a dry, cold burger when I ordered a burger with all veggies. I called and spoke with Taylor but she didn’t care.

Horrible service and even worse Managment. Came here and waited an hour in the drive thru. I get it, it’s late at night, but my order wasn’t even correct. When I looped around to get it corrected I saw the gentleman from the window get handed a bag back to him. He asked what my order was and handed be the bag that just came back from a random persons car. The worst part? The hash browns were gone. Either the staff forgot the hash browns or the customer they just handed my food to ate them. Just called and asked when a manager would be available to talk about my experience and the lady on the phone said she can’t give out that information… you can’t tell me when THE MANAGER will be available for a phone call? Get lost.

Service speed and food quality have absolutely tanked in recent months, enough for me to drive further to another location. It seems a little crazy to be the only car in the drive-thru and still wait 30+ minutes for a cold, hastily thrown together burger. At least the fries were hot.

Every time we go through the drive through they get our order wrong, leaving out items or making the items wrong. Also very stupid idea to put a person out in the drive through lane to take orders. The sign and call box is much more efficient. Stop trying to copy other places and work better at actually putting out orders correctly! We'll drive to a location further away to get our order right from now on.

Stephan at curbside was truly the sweetest person ever. Hes always so kind and makes my experience at whataburger so much better! Hes the best!

Do not go to this locations. It is always SLOW regardless of how many customers are there. Waited 25 + minutes in the drive thru just to get a sweet and spicy burger missing pretty much everything that makes a sweet and spicy besides the dry tasteless patties and the squished buns.I have given this place multiple chances but I'm a fool for thinking it would change. Poor management, poor quality, poor everything. Either drive the extra few minutes to the next closest WB, or just take your money else where because this location does not deserve it.
