Food was outstanding. Woodlands Chicken and Woodlands salmon were both great. One of the best old fashions I have ever had. Service was great as well.

We were greeted by friendly staff and seated quickly without needing a reservation. Our waiter Josh was top notch. He immediately made the evening a party celebration for us as soon as he found out we were twins celebrating our birthday. He was fun and kept us laughing. He made great recommendations which we followed regarding the foods we were interested in eating even down to dessert. We all had an awesome evening from the appetizer of calamari to the coconut shrimp to the lunch. We were all going to get dessert not realizing how big the desserts were. Josh suggested that we order the blueberry cheesecake and the chocolate brownie filled with a chocolate ganache and topped with ice cream. It was beautifully presented with a candle on top the cheesecake for my twin and I to share. Josh lit the candle for us and the celebration continued. The manager stopped by to make sure we were being taken care of. We left happy with great service and food. It was so great we went back the next night for dinner. The turkey clubs, chicken wings and chicken wrap were delicious. No room for dessert this time. Even though we didn’t get Josh the second day all the staff were friendly and welcoming making sure we had everything we wanted. A must visit restaurant if you are in the area.
Carlos makes a great martini and is a great conversationalist. If you are flying solo or as a couple prefer the bar seating for a game or just the atmosphere, he is your guy.
Wonderful food, staff and atmosphere. In particular, the chicken fried steak is phenomenal. Our server, Holden, couldn’t have been nicer and helpful.

I’ve found my new favorite restaurant. We’ve been to both the back of The Woodlands and this location. Each one has been amazing. The service here is superb, especially if you get CoCo (Courtney C). She offered her spin on the meals when we asked “which is better” on a few items. This helped us choose our new meals to try outside our norm. Even as busy as she was, she still came by to check on her tables to make sure they had no needs. She went the extra mile to make conversation with her patrons to find a connection with them. I even asked to bring the owner over just so we could tell him how fabulous the food was at both locations - but also how wonderful his servers have been. You must come try it. Our new favorite restaurant for any occasion!
We really enjoyed not only excellent food but great service! Olivia and Holden were exceptional and made our lunch even better. We highly recommend The Republic Grille!

First time at this restaurant and it was fabulous! What made it even better was the staff. Our waitress was outstanding. Courtney “CoCo” was so helpful, attentive and a wonderful personality. She is a true asset to this establishment. The food is 5 stars, and piping hot when served. Calamari was delicious, Shrimp Scampi and their Grits were done to perfection.Looking forward to our next visit.
