Salata has a “server-based” salad bar. One walks through choosing greens, veggies, cheeses, pasta, some fruits, proteins, toppings, dressings, soups and breads. There is a size choice as well. I ordered a small salad, which was by no means small. Plenty of my requests. My diet is currently restricted, however, I did not feel slighted in the least! The restaurant is clean, open with lots of space to move around. Restrooms clean, as well. I will return!
Wish I'd tried this long ago. Portions controlled and served by staff. Not a customer accessible buffet. One price per bowl, not by weight. Many, many choices of salad items,including beets,nuts,both the common and less common vegetables..extra charge for protei items. Only negative is that on two recent visits, lacking used table wiping, clean up, and they weren't that busy.

Ruth is an exceptional employee. I had a terrible day, could not find any way to pick up my order as the area was VERY crowded on Friday evening. I called to say I couldn’t pick up my order and I didn’t know what to do. Ruth told me to just pull up out front and she would run it out to me. I did so in disbelief and not only did she do it but she was genuinely glad to and even crossed the street to get to me. It may seem silly but after a bad day her exceptional service made everything okay!!! Salata will get more of my business!!!
I stopped by about 4 o clock for a quick bite. I had a spinach wrap and it was so tasty. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and comfortable. A happy experience to be sure.
I tried this place for lunch today for the first time. They have a few size options. It is an assembly line type restaurant (they add what you aske for) you truely have a ton of options as far as ingredients. Good size decent price. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Located in market street.
Truly enjoy the pick and choose approach to making and having s great salad, Eat here or other locations often. Recommend whole heartedly.
We visit this place often. The freshness of the ingredients - probably a result of their high turnover, is as good as I have found. Service is prompt and courteous.
Salata is one of my favorite lunch spots in The Woodlands. Consistently good food and service. The small salad with marinated shrimp is my favorite.
My 2nd time in spring visiting friends , this would be a 3rd visit at this restaurant. My friends family loves it and so do I . Mainly salades served fresh with literally hundreds of choices from salades types , beans , peas , fruit , dressing , meats , fish , seafood , build your salade like ya like it !!! Good price well worth the visit ,,, I’ll going back soon ......,
