So went in for the first time, my daughters are having a sweet 16 birthday dinner because we have never been to one. It was horrible. The steak I ordered was over done. They kept bringing the wrong plates. And then question us when we would say it was wrong. It took so long that my daughters finally just wanted to take it to go home. When we got home so they can now eat colder food, their food was raw. We spent over 200.00 on meals that where less then impressive, late food, raw food, confused service, our first time experience and it being daughters sweet 16 was very disappointing. Just got off phone with Manager Doug, the are mailing a 50.00 gift card. We are from out of town. We should have been allowed a redo on our meal and experience, instead we are getting a mailed fraction gift card we won’t be able to use. He said “sorry” and that was it. If you’re from out of town, don’t waist your time, cheese cake factory isn’t up to the hype. I’ve experienced better service, food, experience, and management resolution from your local Olive Garden. Thanks for ruining their birthday dinner. They won’t get this weekend back. Thanks for caring
Had dinner with my daughter here last night. It was kind of a mixed bag. We had reservations, but were told by the hostess that she would "get us checked in & let us know when our table was ready". We walked a little bit away, but remained directly in her view. After what seemed like an unreasonable amount of time had passed, I pulled out my phone to check the time, and found two text messages saying our table was ready. Well, it would have been nice to know that was the form of communication they were going to use. We approached the hostess station, & she chuckled something about having to text me twice. I let it slide. Then, we were taken to a table that had not been cleaned. Back to the hostess station to wait some more. Finally, they took us to a booth in the back corner. It took a while before we saw our waitress, but it was the night of the 5SOS concert just down the road, so they were pretty busy. The waitress was great. We had no complaints about her at all. Most of the food was great, as well. However, the egg roll appetizer sampler was a disappointment. All 4 of the egg rolls were burnt, some worse than others. Shame on the kitchen for sending that out. It's not like you didn't notice when you carefully cut each of them in half & arranged them on the plate. Come on! Our waitress handled it kindly, & the manager removed it from our bill, both appropriate actions considering. Would we eat here again? Yes. But there were definitely some opportunities for reviewing standards. Hopefully, the manager followed through with the kitchen staff so they are a bit more careful with the quality of food they send out.
Excellent service and absolutely delicious food.
The service was good, food quality could be better, restrooms were very filthy. My wife's salad was a big bowl of lettuce with a few small bites of chicken - she was not happy... The fish & chips were not great - the fish was OK, but the chips were just regular old french fries available at any fast food restaurant.

The Cheesecake Factory has a special place in my heart! The workers are all nice. But the one I had was so polite his name is Jay H. My favorite dish is the fried Mac n Cheese and this pizza was delicious. Thank you!!
Meh. It filled our bellies. Not great. Food was warm so that’s something. Very noisy. Service was good. No parking unless you valet. Probably not going back.

Great place to eat! I've always loved the cheese cake factory for a special occasion kind of thing but hands down a great place to eat. It might be a little pricy but it's totally worth every cent, especially if it's for one of their famous cheese cakes ! Would definitely recommend and go there again and again !
