I'm so surprised this restaurant has 4 stars. My family and I went to eat yesterday. And we were HIGHLY disappointed and underwhelmed. Our server was GREAT! Our drinks were always full, and he was so quick to get anything we requested...but the food was disgusting. Our appetizer was some combo dish that included Boneless wings, Cheese sticks, and Potato skins. The wings were gritty and over cooked and the potato skins were so hard. Our food was even worse. I got the Shrimp and chicken cajun pasta, had maybe 6 or 7 bites and pushed it away. My mom had fried shrimp and had to peel the fried batter off because it was burnt and gross. The fries were cold and soggy. My sister ordered Alfredo, and only had a few bites before pushing hers away. The noodles seemed undercooked and both of our pasta sauces were so bland and ew. My husband ate his Salmon with no complaints, but our daughter, she ordered chicken ceasar salad, said her chicken was nasty and ended up pushing the salad away. It seems very bizarre that a salad could be bad....but it was. We will not be back and TGI Friday's needs to do some quality control.
The service here is always great, but the food has gone downhill. It is so bland now. I got the chicken and broccoli Alfredo tortellini. The tortellini itself was good, but the sauce had no taste to it at all. It was beyond bland.The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were good though.
Bartenders we're extremely attentive and drinks didn't disappoint. The food was piping hot ?, fast and tasty. This location food is definitely on point kudos to whomever worked last night. Spot on!! We'll be back. Tried it again for lunch still on point
Great experience always. Food is fresh and delicious and cocktails are amazing! Good customer service! Our waitress Leslie was awesome, she makes the difference and is one of the reasons we always come back. Complimentary dessert for our anniversary Thank TGI and thank you Leslie!❤️
Waited in the pick up spot outside for 50 minutes. Went inside and our food was sitting packaged up getting cold. When I asked where our order was we got no apologies at all. Good food but terrible service. Management should be fired!!!
I've always loved TGI Fridays. The food is always great! It's been a while since I've been. I don't know if it's because of staff shortage or a policy change but my wife and I stood at the entrance waiting for a hostess to seat us but no one ever came. Undeterred, we sat ourselves in a booth in the bar. The waiter was fantastic and took very good care if us. I would have given 5 stars but for the hostess problem. Still, I absolutely recommend this business!
Went here on a weekday night for a quick family dinner. Staff was great. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Great experience.Restaurant was almost empty…No idea why.We really enjoyed our time.Will return again.
It was a miss this round unfortunately the sizzling chicken and cheese was dry. The dessert was great though. I'll try again but will probably be a while...
The service was good..my steak was 90% fat..The restaurant was empty yet they sat us all on top of each other(6 groups)..like atleast put a table in between us due to Covid..
