I pick up food late and night realize I'm missing 2 and a half items. No big deal. I attempt call so that I can explain the situation and come back at another point for a replacement. The phone rings for what I'm thinking has to be nearly a minute but my call is completely ignored. I attempt to call again afterwards... call ignored again. I call the *night after*. Call ignored yet again for a 3rd time. I drive ALL the way to the restaurant but I'm told can't get ANY replacement for missing food I paid for because I don't have confirmation from the previous night staff.Granted. I did not have a receipt because I don't even think I got one. But that's not even the annoying part. That's relatively understandable.However... it would be one thing if they managed to just pick up a phone, but to have me drive all over there letting them know that I had proof of the transaction time(via my bank app) and proof of the ignored calls, just to be told no was very irritating.
Over $10 for two tacos.... Each taco was marked up, over $1.50, when compared to Taco Bell's website.I can't believe they are selling $5 tacos. What a rip off.
These people are SO rude!! The drive thru worker was SO rude to us with SUCH an attitude that we didn't even feel comfortable coming back for our food because we thought he may tamper with our food given his bad manners. I tried to report it to the manager and she didn't take it seriously and screamed at me to the point she couldn't even hear what I was trying to say. When I asked for their corporate number to report the incident she told me that corporate doesn't exist. She accused me of reporting the incident for free food and when I told her I don't want free food, just an apology for the way we were treated, she hung up on me.FURTHERMORE, ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE COMPLAINTS OF THE NIGHT MANAGER WOMAN AND HER NIGHT CREW. SHE IS SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND WON'T ACCOMMODATE YOU. DON'T COME HERE.
Most of the staff here was pleasant. The food was made correctly and tasted fine. The Nacho Fries we're piping hot which made them that much better. No complaints here.
I love the crunch wrap. Food is always amazing but how is the establishment going to open at 8 but I sit in the drive through for 15min, called them to see if anyone was in the building, honked my horn before deciding to drive off only to see someone at the drive through window and be told they are running late and won’t be ready till 9? You couldn’t at least answer the coms to say that instead of a customer waiting there?
Drive thru person was nice but I ordered two quesaritos with NO chipotle sauce.. come home and start eating one and I swear they put EXTRA sauce. I can’t handle spicy because my stomach is super sensitive. ?
I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for more than a few months since I have moved to the area. They were a little bit busy on a Wednesday night. It was my turn to order. I had two Separate orders. 1 Crunchwrap supreme, 1 burrito supreme (no red sauce). The second order was two chicken chalupas by themselves.I received my order and was told to pull ahead. As we all do, I checked the order in the two bags. First bag: 1 Crunchwrap supreme, 1 burrito supreme (no red sauce).The second bag I observed 2 Crunchwrap supremes instead of 2 chicken chalupas. I was NOT given a receipt for both orders.I pulled back around and waited patiently for 3 cars to order ahead of me. 10 minutes later I advised the driver thru cashier of my error. I was told to pull ahead, I was advised to give the 2 Crunchwrap supremes back yo which I responded why? My order was messed up. The cashier again reached for the Crunchwraps and threw them in a trash receptacle. Which in my opinion is VERY wasteful. I wasn’t even given a receipt to prove that my order was made wrong in the first place. I am very disappointed in the way this franchise of Taco Bell handles customer service and I hope they improve.- Thank you.
Been there twice in the last 2 week because I past the one on Sawdust by and each time I went they made the quesadilla and burrito smaller than any otherTaco Bell I have been to I thought maybe it was a new service at first but, The same thing happened again when I went back...So I avoid this Taco Bell unless I'm looking for a kids meal at regular prices
The staff was super friendly. The food was fresh. This is an excellent Taco Bell.
I ordered crunchy tacos and a grilled bean burrito... I received all soft tacos and a bean burrito, not grilled. Order was correct on the screen when placed. I come here monthly, order is usually right.
