Just came to say I ordered a chicken chalupa box and they gave me a beef one and I’m exhausted and annoyed from my day and have no energy or way to go back up there to get them to fix my order. Can y’all just please pay attention man. Like man Ik it’s just food but dang, I want what I ordered for a reason. Dang. On top of that it ain’t even the box I freaking ordered. Like how??? How do you type exactly what I want on the screen and hand me something totally different? How!!!!!
When I shop here I go to this Taco Bell. The people are very nice and I always get what I order.
I know Taco Bell doesn't open diners in late nights by ask them if okay I ordered in drive-thru but they say I must have a car to order I walk everyday but this is customer service was not honest I asked them nicely if I can order and they say no without a car first headquarters customer service is number one that right there tells you be honest with people
this location is exellent... our order was correct and handled perfect. nothing at all like the sawdust location.. they could take a lesson from six pines..
I really hate leaving bad reviews, but we have lived in the area for 2 years and almost every experience at this Taco Bell has been bad. This time took the cake though. I got home with my order and realized half of it was missing (about $15 of food) and the roughly $16 of food that they did actually pack up was two chicken tacos that were so stale hard and overcooked I could manage to eat the middle two bites of them and my sons “beefy 5 layer borritos” looked like they had been sitting in the floorboard of the car for days and reheated. Every tortilla that was initially in our bag containing the first half of our food was stale dried out and breaking apart and after calling to as nicely complaining that Half of our food was missing and the other half was practically inedible, they remade only the items that were missing using the same stale and breaking batch of tortillas without so much as even offering a full or partial refund even after my husband had to make a 25 Minute round trip to go pick up the other half of our family’s meal they forgot. Then they had the audacity to tell my husband that I was a liar when he mentioned that they forgot the queso dip for the chips and queso. Why the F would soneine that just purchased over $35 of food lie about not receiving freaking Nacho cheese?! I hate so bad that this is the Taco Bell closest to our house, but after this experience (proceeded by tens of bad visits) I won’t be returning. Not that they care. But any food service business that consistently delivers such poor results over such a broad period of time is clearly a reflection of not only management, but of poor ownership. ** Update** after hearing my husband give his version of what happened, I called and asked the manager for his name, (Which he said was Kevin)and asked for their corporate office number was because I wanted to file a complaint. He responded that they are not corporate” then I asked for the number again, and he told me “google it” and hung up in my face.
I don't care for kiosk ordering. The non-cashier informed me that I had to use the kiosk because she didn't have a register but then while I was eating a guy came in with cash and she had to ring him up. The food was typical Taco Bell fare. The service was abysmal. I will not be back.
They won’t give you your full order even if you tell them you’re missing something. This has happened multiple times too. Don’t even bother coming to see these clowns. One guy literally put a piece of ice down the others shirt while I was talking to him about my order being wrong… literally clowns.
Bruh, I asked for my potatoes & cinnamon delights to be made fresh. I get cinnamon delights that has been "refried" which is gross. They were hard like rocks & tasted nasty. I don't know what they did to the potatoes but they were cold.. Not only that, all my other food was cold as well. Plus, look at this... barely anything in my taco.. All I wanted was to substitute black beans for beef; not gimme a lil black beans. I mean, come on. What makes me more upset is that I actually waited for a lil while before they gave me my food so I don't understand how everything was so bad
Terrible experience. I expected a much better workforce since this is in the woodlands. I will never go back to this restaurant.
Awful. I placed a mobile order, got all of the notifications through the process and even the "your order is ready", but alas, no order was ready. They claimed they never got my order and refused to make it, even though I already paid. They also would not give me a refund, I have to contact corporate for that. This place is a joke, they only have 3 people working it too.
