I used to live in the area and this place was a dump. I no longer live in the area but work in the area and began to frequent this location again. Clearly new management and friendly faces have arrived. The restaurant is always clean. Now, whether through the drive thru or the lobby, they move quickly and accurately. I enjoy the food and the people here. Great work! ??
The man taking my order made me feel rushed and was rude. Every time I would mention an item it was quickly followed by "anything else" in a tone that made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for doing his job. On top of that, they didn't even get my order right.Do not recommend this location. I won't be back!
The service has really gone down hill the last year. They constantly miss items on orders even when you are the only person in line.
I speak perfectly clear English yet they don’t understand me I wanted 2 5 dollar cravings box’s. Yet they didn’t understand me. Need to hire people that understand English and can speak English. Unprofessional and rude the lady over the intercom you can’t understand anything she’s saying I decided to leave will never get my business again.
My order was correct and we'll prepared. I waited very little time in the drive thru. Staff was courteous.
I walked over to this location in the rain to buy some food and was refused service. I would highly recommend going elsewhere and boycottaco bell. Less then one star
They started charging like a restaurant. Not like a fast food restaurant. I will go to Robertos instead of this one.
It's a taco bell. Nothing fancy but consistent food.
Don't think we should have to eat in our cars..Other Taco Bell you can go in side
Manager is rude I asked for a fresh chalupa and she was angry because I asked for my chalupa to be dropped fresh lied and said it was fresh when it clearly wasn’t got an attitude and told me to pull me to the front to rush me out of her line. Not professional and I will not be back you are worried about making your time but, can’t provide quality service.
