Rachel and Derek are amazing! Fabulous customer service, always remembering our order without even needing to read the receipt, and always happy to see us! Fabulous people and fabulous food!
A good sandwich at a good price. Very nice fellow behind the counter making sandwiches, too. Restaurant was very clean. No complaints. Yummy cookies!
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I walked out of the store without completing my order because I refused to give this location any of my money. The young man working seemed as though I was a big bother to him, just for coming in and didn’t want to take my order.
I enjoyed the online ordering and my food was ready when it was supposed to be, but I ordered my subs to be toasted and they weren’t. I wasn’t going to drive back to the store.

My sub was made exactly as I requested & was delicious. The only negative was that the employees seemed stressed or tired or disconnected with customers. They weren't rude, but they weren't very welcoming either.

I had an online order which was incorrect so I went back up there and they remade them and told me to keep the sandwiches that were wrong. They definitely go above and beyond to make it right and make sure you're satisfied!
Not impressed with the service that was provided by one of the cooks covered in tattoos and had a Bowie knife on his belt. My sandwich was thrown together and the lettuce and tomatoes looked like they had been there for over a week. I don’t just give 1 star reviews to restaurants, but this service was horrible and the food tasted like trash. The only person who worked there that was nice was the older lady, but she wasn’t wearing gloves when she was packaging my food.
