We stopped by yesterday on our way home and were disappointed. None of the sweets we wanted were available, seems to be a Starbucks thing these days, the one that we got was not taken out of its packaging, and this could have been an offday or just a brutal one, but the staff was not very customer-oriented with their approach.We'll more than likely swing by again - after all fall season line up of fun coffees is just a hurricane season away - and hope the experience will be more positive.In the meantime, stay strong, be well, and talk to headquarters about supplying the goods more often! ?
Remy helped me today and she was amazing. She always gets my drink just right and I can tell she cares about her customer service. Lochlan, Tim, Eli, and Shannon are awesome too and they make it more of an experience than just buying a drink. Definitely recommend this location for your Starbucks needs :)
Wonderful place. Always so welcoming! Feels like they have been waiting for you to wish you a good morning and give you your coffee. Extra special when after couple times they remember your name thank you for your work and for giving every morning a good start!
Has to be the quickest Starbucks I have ever been to.
Grande Pike's was not warm. Barista Alana brewed me a fresh one. she was very personable and friendly. You better hang onto Alana, she's good for your business.
Nice staff good service I always appreciate a smiling face.
They need to work on their sandwich throws. It’s not cool when they have to pick it up from the floor , even if it is still wrapped in plastic.
Awesome place with nice employees. Drinks were amazing and the Brownies we're to die for. They had it all made by the time I got to window to pay. Not bad....
I paid $6.14 for a drink & this is how they hand it to me through the drive thru…it’s not even filled up all the way!!!
