Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I'm always able to customize drinks with no problem. My son loves their hot chocolate, he says they use just the right amount of whipped cream.
This Starbucks is not full service, does have most items on the menu. No Nitros and less food items. The service was good, the employee was very personable and had knowledge of the drinks.
Little old white lady was extremely rude I went in looking for a cup told me “who is tellingYou we have those cupsWe Don’t have any.” I asked if they ever got any she said”NO” a friend of mine went in not even an hour later looking for the same cup and told her she did have some turns out she had them hidden in the back.

Great service, only on person working but great attitude and yummy drinks. Plenty of place to sit.
Honestly I love this Starbucks, the employees are so sweet, I rarely go but they always remember what I normally order, they are amazing and friendly
Pretty Dirty. Lucky I had just purchased cleaning wipes so I could sit at a table and drink my espresso. Took three wipes to get it this clean ? Nervous to drink this espresso though!
Nice, friendly employees. Cut them a little slack y'all, a lot of them are teenagers just starting out in the workforce.
Horrible! I went in there today and asked how I wanted my green tea frap. With mint, whip cream and chocolate drizzle and chips. The young man said " if I wanted a matcha sweeten instead". I said "i've gone to other starbucks who are okay with me ordering like this". He cut me off and said "he gots it and been working there for years".I was with a friend and she asked what I ordered, I described it to her and then the young man over heard and asked If I wanted whip cream I said "yes". He tried to be nicer but it didn't make up for his rudeness and he didn't even bother to look at my order I had on my phone. so when i got my drink it didn't have the chocolate drizzle. I didn't bother him again. just left. AVOID going to this Starbucks at all cost. Lazy and rudeness. This is the first time that I actually want to avoiding going to a starbucks.
Don't bother with this one just go across the street or down the road. I ordered a drink that I order every single day and it was even written down for them and told me it was $8 . It's honestly $4.17 all across the country but it's eight dollars inside this Kroger apparently. She tried to tell me she had to charge me for a Venti or else she had to charge me for extra shots so that's why it was so much. What the heck? zero training going on here. Zero.
