Smoothie King in The Woodlands, TX is my favorite place for smoothies. They're always delicious and the customer service is fantastic. I will definitely be back at this location at Pinecroft Center!

Horrible customer service experience. The employees acted like they were being bothered to work. Not a great start to my morning. I won't accommodate this location in the future.
The only reason that I give this one star is because you have to. My daughter and I go here frequently though I don’t really know why we do. Look I know it’s hard to find good people to work for you but every time we go here, the people act like you’re a bother. We just left there on a Saturday night where we noticed someone was in the building and we drove through the drive-through twice but they would not answer the window even after I honked at them. We came there to give them money but apparently they didn’t want it. If it weren’t for occasionally really wanting a smoothie there is no reason at all I would ever go here even if my life depended on it.
The staff could barely be bothered to take my order, I felt like a huge inconvenience, then my smoothie had a big black hair under the lid at the top. I showed it to the lady and she just pulled it off and handed the drink back to me with no comment.....
I picked up a mobile order here today and accidentally knocked my drink over (totally my fault). Olivia was super helpful and went above and beyond. Great experience!
The man at the front was rude. I asked if they had a specific item, he rolled his eyes and acted annoyed I asked. Then messed up on the order. Bad customer service
