Sorry for the poor review. I have a sweet tooth, and I can eat sweets all day, but man! I can't even finish half of their cupcake. It is so DAMN SWEET! I feel like I'm eating a cup of WHITE SUGAR coz that's all you can taste! They need to cut their sugar and add more butter to their cakes.
Vibe is off. Baked goods were fine and priced as if it was from a farmer's market.Your neighborhood is likely to at one time or another have a 5 year old selling cupcakes and such.That child's baked goods are very likely to be better in quality, in price.There is a House of Pies in the vicinity. Try that.

I picked up 2 four packs of the small chocolate cupcakes for a party. They were so dry people couldn’t even get the paper off and the icing was too dry to bite. The cake part was good but out of the 8 cakes I took 5 were left. I’ll never go there again.
Not a bad cupcake but I didn't find it to be more special than what you get at the grocery store if the bakery makes them fresh. I found the icing to be too sweet.
My daughter and I were looking for a phenomenal cupcake and we found it! I cannot believe how moist the cake was and how light whipped the icing was!I am very picky with my desserts. Excellent customer service and great dessert experience ?
They didn’t have drinks…everything was not working :/ the cupcakes were delicious but would have loved something to drink with it.. originally asked for a cupcake milkshake but wasn’t working, no coffee, honestly didn’t think to ask for water. My daughter needed the bathroom but that was also not working!? Not very impressed with the place due to everything that was not working.
This was my first time trying SmallCakes - woodlands and omg. Freaking delicious. My fiancé was having a bachelor party and I had ordered 2 dozen custom cupcakes. I got lemon drop and wedding cake flavors, and the guest loved them! Moist and the designs came out just perfect for the theme. Definitely doing business with them for my next event.
Today was the second time that I come to this Smallcakes and I’ve seen a great improvement with the cupcakes, and there is more options to choose from.I would’ve given it five stars but I think it could improve in the customer service. This afternoon I came with my daughter and noticed this girl in the front sitting down with her laptop and she didn’t even care to ask if we needed anything. Your products are great, but your customer service needs some improvement.
Called to ask about a wedding cake and the possibility of a cake tasting box. The woman on the phone stated they do wedding cakes and tasting boxes and I would just pick out the flavors I wanted. I asked how much that would be and she asked if I could hold because she had a customer come in. She then put the phone down and left me on hold for 10 minutes before I just hung up. I tried calling back several times afterwards but the phone would ring once and then go to an automated voicemail. I didn’t mind holding for a few minutes if she needed to ring someone up but she literally never came back and I was never able to get through again before I just gave up.
