Good atmosphere, reasonable pricing. I rated this a 3 star because I did not taste much flavor in the food.
Pasta is good… But I feel cheated,you guys have a promotion on Uber Eat. buy 1 get 1 free. I did so and did not receive the extra plate. (false promotion).I called the restaurant and a girl told me that the restaurant does not know, nor does it have control of the promotions they offer, that I should contact uber eat that they know.If you don't know how to do the promotions you offer, then don't use digital platforms that you don't KNOW AND CANNOT control.waste of time...absolutely tedious experience.
Lived here most of my life and I’ve never stepped in for one reason or another. We decided to stop in for dinner this evening, and I can honestly say I haven’t laughed like that in quite some time. Dee was absolutely amazing and attentive. He made sure our food and drinks were perfect, then stopped to share some good conversation. Everything was superb and Dee’s attitude and energy made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
This place has always been one of my favorites. My family had dinner here about a year ago and was disappointed with the service and food quality. With that they appeared to be having severe staffing issues. We recently decided to give them another shot and am SO GLAD WE DID!!! The pasta was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server (Babs I think?!) was attentive, knowledgable, and funny. I can't wait to come back. I recommend anyone looking for a fresh meal and and a great experience try out The Woodlands Macaroni Grill.Thank you Macaroni Grill for bringing it back!
Had Sunday lunch I have not been here in awhile, unfortunately the food quality has gone down since I was here last, it took about 5 mins for there to be any acknowledgement of us and several other couples even waiting to sign in, it was fairly empty but very slow getting anything, I am disappointed but maybe they are shorthanded, I know that is pretty common right now. On a different note... Even though everything was slow, our waiter was very attentive.
Been coming here for 3-4 years and it never disappoints. Staff is always super friendly, especially Chris our regular waiter. Also the place is always clean. 10/10 Would recommend if you’re looking for some amazing Italian food!
Food is always good. WHY DID THEY STOP USING BOWTIE PASTA??? Our waiter Deangelo was very nice and attentive. Been coming for years and will continue. They used to have a huge jug of wine on the table and you served yourself. They would ask you at the end of the meal how many glasses you had. Wow, the honor system. What ever happened to that?
I can’t find a good Italian restaurant to save my life, and eating here didn’t change anything. They had one of these in Houston but it closed down, so the Woodlands location is the closest to us and it has gone downhill from what it used to be. It’s just all around bad. They were out of one of the ingredients to make a frozen Bellini. I ordered the make your own pasta dish but didn’t get anything that showed what to pick from like you normally get, so I had to guess. And it’s not just this place, Olive Garden changed their ingredients up in their ravioli and it’s like eating plastic now. Where are the good Italian restaurants? Are there any left?
This was the best dinner we have had in such a long time. The quality of food was amazing but our waiter D’Angelo was the best. He was very personable and had great conversations with us. We really appreciated his menu suggestions and attentiveness. We loved that we got to know him throughout dinner. Best service!
Zia was initially our server Thanksgiving day & is absolutely the best. She is personable, polite, explains options well, and is delightful. Zia is so amazing we ask to be in her section whenever we come in. The food is good and Zia makes our experience the best!!
