Ordered online and at pickup the employee didn't believe me when I gave my name and said I needed to show receipt. Then she questioned my receipt because it was emailed and not on a delivery app. I think she thought I was uber or door dash. I told her it was "my" order and I was not the delivery service. Then I asked for sauce, she said it's in bag. It was not. I also checked to make sure order was there and correct and she scolded me and told me I can't touch the food. I said to her it's my food. She then finally understood that I was the actual customer. She gave me sauces....got home and fries were cold, chicken tenders were tough, gray and cold. Sandwiches were okay but not piping hot. Really disappointed in our Popeyes today.
Just love that fried chickensandwich. Nobody fries chicken like Popeye's!! Yourprices are fair & we just ate at the Popeye's in Tomball, TX on our trip home. It's about 15 minutes from home. I got a chicken fried sandwich (delicious). My husband had chicken nuggets (so he could eat right then & not mess theSUV all up.) Seriously went there to get a sandwich thru the drive thru and they gave me fries and biscuits but completely forgot my sandwich which was the most expensive thing I got
I told them we don’t mine waiting for fresh chicken. Guess what we got just that. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND OUR FOOD WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. Definitely will be back
It's been a year since I visited this place and they still haven't been able to fix the door,I don't understand how such a successful company can't spend a few bucks to fix this door?
Elijah has the most amazing customer service I have ever seen. He was very professional and made sure his customers were happy with the service.
Just went through the drive-thru I placed my order before doing it online so I already told them what I wanted when I get to the window I asked the manager was it spicy chicken he literally looked me right in my face and lied to me I always have an issue at this Popeyes workers are a bit rude especially the night crew!!!!
This location must not care about the customers because our orders have been wrong every time. When we had them correct it they still managed to mess up the second time. We ask for no chicken breast on the combo and they give us 2. I ask for Dr.pepper and they give me Tea. Please take off the pickles on the chicken sandwich and they don’t.This location is awful at execution of customer orders and I highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and going somewhere else.
Staff is real nice and Christoper the manager has great customer service skills and is excellent at his job.
The fries were soggy and cold. The chicken was warm but not fresh. The biscuit was perfect.
