If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This manager is horrible. I ordered extra sauce and paid for the extra sauce. When it arrived there was NOT SAUCE!!! Not only that, what I thought was an olive was actually two dead FLY’S!! This place is horrible DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ITS HORRIBLE!!! He said he would only refund $15, but I was charged $22? I get to pay for what? I will be calling The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) first thing tomorrow. This is horrible. How many other insects are there in this store? Do not use this store ever!!
Horrible. The customer service was absent. They tried guilting me into leaving a tip by only putting an x on the tip line. I don't tip for carry out. The pizza was gross. I managed both domino's & pizza hut for years, I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese. I didn't get extra cheese, and they used stale dough. It didn't rise at all. I'm glad I was just passing through, this way, I don't ever have to order from this place again. If you live in the area, drive the few extra minutes to the next store down the road.
This Pizza Hut is truly awful, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The managers are rude, mess up orders almost every time, take hours to get deliveries out, lie and say they are going to give credits when your order is not satisfactory (pizza never arrived in our case) then the next time you go to try and order a pizza the credit is not on your account and they assume you’re lying about it all while having a DISGUSTING attitude while trying to “help” you. Save your time and money, order from somewhere else.
Never again, the worst experience I've ever had with any pizza hut establishment literally too long to explain.
Before the pandemic, Pizza Hut used to easily achieve the highest of marks from me. But since then, the pizzas are not nearly as good. They no longer offer Hut Favorite for crust flavor, and no longer offer spinach. The pizza we got yesterday had very few toppings. Given all of those changes, the pizza quality was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff was just as efficient and friendly as ever!
Get the entire order correct. One of my pizzas was made wrong. There was no extra marinara sauce on the pizza as I requested in the notes section, and it was missing the bacon.
This place and Pizza Hut management Sucks! I ordered their special, extra sauce, thin crust, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and ham by curbside.Their application did not work right, and I had to call and wait for them to bring it. It had minimal sauce and other ingredients, and No pepperoni! It was also lukewarm.The receipt didn’t include a code for easy reporting, so I had to find their customer service and call to make sure they knew. I demanded a refund, but they have been non-responsive.I would recommend anywhere but this poor excuse for a national brand.
Pizza dough tasted like a sponge or rubber. Pieces were nor evenly neither properly cut. I had to cut the pieces again. Toppings were poorly spread and were not evenly distributed to all slices. Overall very bad experience.
I made an order at 3:00 PM and it didnt get delivered until after 5:00 PM. I got a text saying it was "on the way" over an hour before it got here. I live 3 miles from the restaurant. To add onto everything the pizza had absolutrly no sauce on it and was paper thin. I called to get a refund after paying for delivery and they told me i needed to bring the pizza to the store to get a refund. ????? THIS PLACE IS SUCH A JOKE!!!!!!!
