They open at 11. I scheduled a carryout order for noon. Drove over to pick it up only to find them STILL CLOSED.... so no pizza for the birthday party I was going to and had to wait until they finally opened 2 hours later to get my refund. They didn't even offer a free pizza or anything for the inconvenience. And sadly this isn't the first time I didn't get an order... Never going back. Marco's Pizza from now on.
Never received the pizza. We called several times and they would forward us to the manager that would never answer the phone. Really poor service. Dont buy from them.
I have to pile onto the negative reviews for this location and say it is definitely one of the worst pizza shops I've ever encountered. The other reviews say it well enough, but it all boils down to rude staff, insane delivery times, and subpar quality. I say this as a previous Pizza Hut fan when I lived near a different location. Avoid this location or prepare to be disappointed.
The DM needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with the general manager of this shop. Pizza Hut has gone downhill a bit, but that’s not the only problem with this shop. The primary problem that I can see is the management. I went there on a Friday night. They had staffed delivery drivers, but only one person to make pizza and man the phones. Having worked in pizza shops years ago, I know that this is a problem. And it’s the reason that the pizza is taking too long, and is mediocre.That said, the gal that was working the phones and making the pizza, was working her tail off. She should get an award for putting up with being that understaffed on Friday night.
I ordered 10 pizzas which a majority were very dry and overcooked. Visibly burned edges on several pizzas. My goal was to show appreciation to my staff with a delicious pizza lunch and the quality of the pizzas did not help me attain that goal.
Please read the order carefully. I ordered for four pizzas with different toppings and one thin crust with only jelepenos, banana peppers and green bel peppers but you made this one also like all others pizza with pineapple and mushrooms.
I had ordered one of my pizzas as a pepperoni lovers and was sorely disappointed that each slice only had 2 pepperonies on each one and limited cheese. As a speciality pizza I wouldnt expect it to look like a regular pizza
Delivery was fast & driver was pleasant & friendly! All of our food was great!! Will definitely order again when in the area.
We order delivery from this location frequently. Pizza is always on time, prepared how we ordered it and delicious. The app is great too.
It is so inconsistent. Sometimes everything is great or times it is just ok. Today's order was excellent.
