This pizza location is absolutely terrible. Dry food, sauce is bland and light. There’s barely any toppings on the pizza every time I order and they usually always forget the pepper and garlic sauce. From what I’ve seen there’s barely any drivers and some of those who do deliver often have a smell of cigarettes or something. Not to mention the last pizza I ordered the dough tasted like it was old.
The manager Antonio at the Grogans Mill location, and staff is amazing. His customer service was amazing!!!!
I ordered my pizza at 9:45 pm, I work construction and have no time to play games, they charged my card and I never received my pizza, it is 11:09 pm now. Wow thanks a lot, you have made a huge mistake for your business!
Very disappointed with the taste of the pizza. If anyone knows Papa Johns pizza, it would be us. My husband use to work for Papa Johns corporate in Louisville Ky and even knew John Schnatter. Papa Johns pizza has been a staple Friday night dinner the past 25 years in our household. I haven't had PJs in a while and it was our first time ordering from this location. We were so disappointed. The crust was thin, not nicely fluffy of freshly rise crust. There was not enough sauce on the pizza and was very dry. Lastly, not enough of the works on "the works". It was not piping hot either and tasted like day old pizza. I won't be returning to this location.
Well we always order from the sawdust location and this has Ben the 3rd time they mess up our order, my boyfriend always orders his honey chipotle poppers to yet again received them without the sauce. The pizza seemed like they ghosted the toppings in other words not much and when I said not much I could take the toppings off with two fingers and berry made a pinch. I called the manager which seemed unappreciative of our issue he said he would send another pizza and the poppers this time with sauce which did not happen. If wanted it to eat bare bread I would I’ve gotten a slice from my home and if I wanted nuggets I would have gone to McDonald and not paid outrageous prices for this. We waited for over an hour and nothing happened needless to say the service at this location has gone down tremendously and I would not order from them ever again. Paid 32 for the order to get lousy pizza a lousy poppers and then the manager did not even care he seemed like he was annoyed when he spoke to me. I hope you get a better experience than what we have had. I know I will not order from them agai. No dinner I guess
We ordered our pizzas over two hours ago. I tried calling and was hung up on five times before I could reach someone. The pizzas arrived and they obviously have been sitting around for well over an hour. I could tell that because not only was the food lukewarm, but the grease from the wings had soaked through their box into the boxes below meaning they had sat there for quite a while. Nothing we ordered was fresh.
Giving 5 stars for the awesome customer service and the very friendly manager, Miranda! Mistakes happen, but they made it right by me and I will be happy to order again from this location. Thank you!
Still giving Papa one star. Trying to order Pick your Faves and a medium one topping is listed as an item you can purchase. Unfortunately, there is not an option to add a pizza to your order. This is disappointing to several members of my household. However, I do get to order Brother's Pizza which is a plus for me. Who knows, if Papa keeps messing up maybe my kids will prefer Brothers Pizza after having it a few times.Based on taste this would be a four star review. However, since I order from here weekly and get 2 to 3 inches of crust on every pizza everytime I order I am giving Papa John's one star. One inch of crust is the standard when making a great pizza.
