I come through the drive through at this location about once a month. My visit on Monday March 21 was extremely pleasant due to Jerry M. working at the window. The menu had fogged up because of the rain and she helped me figure out the name of the drink I usually get. I sometimes forget about my loyalty card but she asked before I thought about it. She was extremely pleasant and cheerful. What a pleasure to not be shuffled through the line and on to the next person yet receiving my order correctly done in a timely manner. I hope she gets to train people in great customer service.
The food is great but rather pricey! I had a very small salad that cost $11!
Lack of communication. I was there to pick up my order and the only placed 1 of the 2 items out. I asked one of the attendants where my oatmeal was.. I did not get an answer until 5 minutes later ... honestly it's a problem since it's the second time this has happened to me .. it needs to be addressed
This has always been a favorite place for lunch when shopping at the mall. I came last week and chocked it up to an off day. I ordered the same thing hoping for a better result. I came back today and it is just as dirty as it was before. Food all over the floor, tables and chairs. Beverage station has trash all around and under it. The dining area was empty and every table was dirty from previous diners. It was 12:30 and a girl came out and cleaned a few tables. A few more people trickled in and some sat at dirty tables. They took my favorite Thai chicken salad off the menu and replaced with a sesame Asian salad. It had no flavor and filled with the cores of the lettuce stalk and little green. They were also turning red from age. The Napa chicken salad was watery and my bread was soggy by the time I got to it. I have never had such a poor experience. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place can do so much better. Not sure I will ever come back to this location with so many other choices. No wonder it is empty in here on a Saturday.
Good food when you can get it. Third time to not receive food items in a group order. I was starving, can't order delivery from them anymore.
The food is amazing! I would recommend the pepperoni and sausage flatbread... Yummy! I also appreciate how hard I saw the employees worked as a team during such a busy time. Thank you!
If getting take-out, leave someone in car and stay along curb as take-out spots often filled by shoppers who don't read signs. There are some very friendly staff- one remembered what I ordered when I only come in about once a week. At peak times, seating may be almost full inside, but there are a few outside tables.
Placed an order for delivery. Received my order with my bread just thrown in the bag was not even wrapped or inside the smaller bags that containted my order, but the large bag to carry the smaller food bags. Ordered soup and sandwich didn't receive my turkey chili called to let them know and the person on the phone actually said , what do you want me do you want me to do about that. She places the manager on the phone and who says sorry, and we can do a credit for the turkey chili and you can come in or we can just credit the turkey chili. Will never order from here again.

Cathie was great, very customer friendly & cheery. I’d give 5 stars because of her but Panera doesn’t deserve it since the window on their front door has been broken for months and they clearly don’t care to fix it. I’ll change this to 5 stars once it’s fixed.
