Walked in to have lunch and joked with girl with the purple hair talk about sense of humor. None what so ever. Told me that she was busy and don't have time for jokes. There was only 2 customers in the restaurant. Guess the girl with the purple hair doesn't know anything about customer service. Will never order from this place again. Ended up at sapporo restaurant across the street. Atmosphere is so welcoming.

My husband went in to order some wonton soup to go. I love wonton soup when I’m not feeling well, I’ve been fighting cancer and other health complications from my treatments. He waited 10 mins to be helped watching a girl with purple hair making silverware packages. As he waited, he looked around and saw nobody there. I am a picky eater so he asked for a large soup with just broth, wontons and shrimp. He said the girl finally took his order and was very rude and impatient with the picky order. She charged a lot of extra money for the extra shrimp which is fine but when I started eating the soup, I noticed the shrimp were not deveined completely. Just a bad experience overall.

Over salted, bland food. Shrimp were good size and not over done!

mei wei is an amazing restaurant. i go there at least 2 times a week. the food is delicious and has perfect flavor. i would 10/10 recommend the orange chicken! i get it almost every time.

I have never had an issue with this place, in fact always recommended it to my family and friends. Yesterday I ordered for delivery my usual and favorite dish Curry Chicken. It tasted a little off but said to myself maybe it’s a new ingredient and took a few more. I couldn’t finish it. Not even 30 minutes later, TW: I started throwing up & more. Needless to say I now have food poisoning ?

Clean, quick to seat. Understaffed, but who isn't these days. Patience paid off with full plates of good food. Mix of asian and this. Pot stickers were good. Lots of food for the money. Clean place. Wish we could see it full and see how they do then. Two tables used, probably 10 go orders while we were there.

The plastic plates and utensils are cheap, but it probably helps against Covid and higher prices. We got the special with spicy steak and spicy chicken, Lo mein, crab puffs, and donuts. The crab puffs were made with deviled crabmeat, which should be better than the standard cream cheese. My friend loved them, but I only ate one. We otherwise shared everything and loved it going in. We even had some to go. Within hours of leaving, we both had vile diarrhea that lasted into the next day. They need better quality food management.

Update....... Manger/owner it wasn't busy. It was around 3:30 pm when I was in there. The one at the checkout counter was on her phone. You might need to clean house and get professional in there. It was clean. But the service was bad. And the put our food on a small plate had no room to mix it up if you did it fell off the small plate. No go back

Best Chinese food in The Woodlands! Always hot, fresh, and delicious.

I've always ordered Happy family dish here. It's really good.
