Horrible customer service. They used up the deal on the app then made a mistake and had to ring everything up again. Then they wanted to rescan the coupon they already rung up so the app wouldn't let her do it so she was like "it's not going to work" no apologies and charged me full price. I asked if the manager could fix it, the manager didn't apologize either. It's a waste of time to even expect to be treated like a human at McDonald's. Maybe just be grateful they don't throw the food at you. If you make a mistake at least apologize!!! Deleting app and never coming back. Attitude is horrible! They acted like I owed them something.
This place had so many ants inside the drink machine they were dead falling into the cups at the end of the day their ants but you would figure the manager would want to do whatever they could to make sure things were okay and close the drink machine down in the front lobby today's date is April 27th so check your cups for your kids so they're just not swallowing extra protein they don't need ants may not kill you but it sure is disgusting to have dead insects in your stuff ?♂️ but hey what do I know anymore customer service has gone downhill figure the least I could do is take care of the machine and offer to refund the simple $10 was spent
Anytime before noon and you get great service and fresh food; the afternoon shift however... there is always another McDonald's within a few minutes. Save yourself the trouble of undercooked meat and cold seasonal pies...
Worst drive through. When a customer is making things difficult, invite them inside and deal with it there. NOT at the order kiosk outside. Fifteen minute wait on account of someone challenged by the ordering experience doesn’t make sense.
Ordered two bundles - 1 double cheeseburger w/ fry 1 6 piece nugget w/ fry. Plus a Big Mac meal and a 6 piece happy meal with apple slices, an apple pie and a side of pickles. Both burgers and fries were cold and dry like they had been sitting. Got a cheeseburger instead of chicken nugget happy meal. Didn’t get the drink to our meal, the apple pie, or the pickles. plus drive thru took about 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone now. I will never return there. Ridiculous.
Beware when coming to this McDonald’s. I have used the mobile app countless times and I’ve never had an issue however this time I ordered through the mobile app paid online and then went to pick it up in the drive-through and the person at the window told me I hadn't paid yet and I told them that I have paid but they insisted it didn’t go through so I handed them my card in which they swiped it but my car declined the payment. There was money on that card so there was no reason why it shouldn’t be working but I handed them a second card instead and the same thing happened, my car declined it . They sent me up to the next window and swiped my card again and finally it went through I went and checked my account and they had charged me three times so I went inside and showed them my receipt and the mobile app saying that I should only have paid four dollars yet they charged me three different times for a total of $10 and the manager was so rude she did not listen to anything I had to say and only responded with rude answers saying that the charges were correct. So now instead of paying three dollars like I should have after using the discount and the mobile app I was charged $10 for a cheeseburger fries and a drink if I wanted to spend that much I would’ve probably just gone to Whataburger. The reason I am frustrated is because I was charged three times and it literally shows that in my account when I should’ve only been charged once
Although the staff isn't the friendliest. They run a strict fresh protocol with the food, which we can't say the same about some of the other macdonalds in the woodlands.
manager cuts you off when ordering chicken nuggets and immediately asks you what sauce? before you even finish your sentence lol wont be coming back to this location ever again plus he served us fries with absolutley 0 salt on them. terrible customer service like others have reported on here.
They just don't want to be nice. They are rude on the drive thru speaker and the guy who hands you food just stares you down. If you say hello or thanks, he doesn't reply but will scowl at you. I'm not sure why they refuse to hire any ladies whatsoever. They must not be equal opportunity.
Love McDonald's. To go place for my son. Their online app saves us thousands of dollars a year.
