I'm laughing at the reviews because it's so true. Yes I've had the same experience with the rude Spanish lady who opens at 5:30. BOYYY she is so grumpy in the mornings, big ole bags under her eyes, she looks hella mean and it's confirmed once she opens her mouth. I went through drive thru one morning and she was barking at me. Tried to order a coffee and she was is that all is that all and there wasn't even anyone in front or behind me so not sure why I was being rushed along. I couldn't even order my cream and sugar with the coffee because of her snapping and saying see you at the window and usually they ask if you want that. So I figured okay I'll tell her at the window. She nearly has a melt down at the window shaking her finger at me and shaking her head she said you're supposed to ask at the intercom. I just antagonized her right back asking her why she didn't ask, and what's her rush? She just kept repeating it sounded like she wanted to cry her voice crackling. I mean good God there are more things in life to be so upset about. Just ridiculous. On top of this they don't know how to use the fryer the hash browns are always drenched in oil. I use 10 napkins to squeeze all the oil out you wouldn't believe how much oil you're ingesting. I prefer the McDonald's a little further down. Better service they're super happy, and the foods a little better.

This is the second time that I have had a crazy encounter at this location. The “manager” who on this occasion accused me of not paying for additional caramel drizzle and whip cream, which I had a receipt as I drove up to the second window to pick up my order. (My card had been charged and all). The manager is delusional and will not listen. Her younger employees were trying to explain to her the transaction as she pops out to assault me. On this encounter I also had to request my money back. ‼️‼️PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MCDONALD’S LOCATED AT STERLING RIDGE IN THE WOODLANDS TX ‼️‼️‼️‼️

"POUTING Lady!,"..been patient for nearly 2years she graduated to a white shirt and navy uniform...does this make her a manager!???,, Never greets with a smile and dislikes people. Puts customer in a bad mood.A Constant new staff weekly... is this a training zone..if so do not waste the customer's time . Please be aware that I have been coming to your drive thru for over 15 years..The service is the pits! I remind myself daily that every employee deserves a chance but it has come down to the point that no one cares ..... shame!Will not return....until MacDonald CEO reads all the reviews that are posted daily with this Sterlin Ridge McDonald's the Woodlands Texas..

I have been to this place a cpouple of times and it always seems like there is a problem, first time i asked for a Frappe when they brough it out it was not blended at all it was just barely crushed ice. Next i ordered breakfast I had ordered a mcgriddle and busicuit sanwich when i got to the office one busicuit had egg and thats it and the other was nothing but cheese. When I called the person I was talking to hung up on me, when i called back I heard him speaking to someone else about how he couldnt understand me and that why he hung up, when he got back on the line i explained again he offereed to remake my order but at this point i could not go back to get breakfast so i requested my money back.

Management is the worst at this location. There’s a manager that is so rude, unprofessional, and zero customer service skills. Someone in corporate needs to send her to do more training.

I had a problem with a soyboy that thought closing 20 minutes before the actual close was acceptable. If that was all this review wouldn’t be so harsh but I was met with attitude. Overall, I’m very disappointed as this restaurant has a lot of problems. If you want to go here make sure you at least have 30 minutes before they close or you probably won’t get your food (serious).

The morning crew is absolutely useless. Especially in drive thru. They prove repeatedly how incompetent they are to run 2 lanes. Watched them take 3 orders in one lane while I was sitting at speaker with no recognition that a customer was there.

I’m sorry to say… but the disrespect from the employees/ personnel is palatable and is consistently rude or Ill mannered.Going through the drive-through where are you pay, the employee there expects you to thank her which I do with anyone, but she will never thank you, her paying customer. She will stare at you without a word of courtesy but will speak “you are welcome “ if you thank her. She speaks perfect English. The attitude in her behavior is unacceptable for any establishment doing business with the public. She acts like she’s doing you a favor by taking your money. The person delivering the food hands it to you and shuts the door. There’s no excuse for this… it’s bad management, bad training bad attitude , bad behavior and bad food.The biscuits are like rubber and hashbrowns taste like cardboard. And the coffee is watered down to the point of no return, weak and tasteless.The upper management or franchisees need to take a look at this location as these people are unfit for duty. And the food served is not even Third World. I won’t be back.Thanks, Stacie Bryant

This location should be reported to Food safety and inspection service, as well as their corporate,I Ordered 2 fish fillet:1 of them had so much sauce pouring out of the burger all around it was almost a soup. I know I requested extra sauce but not a tartar sauce soup either.The bread was very dry and tasted old, same with the fish, dry chewy, with a very off taste. The fish tasted as it wasn't properly cooked and sat there for a while before being sold to me.I really feel like some of those sandwich are made "in advance" and could sit for hours there.I didn't eat either of them, they both tasted off and "old". Definitely don't recommend, this location should be reported.

I was taking my children to school and arrived at 5:02 a.m. I went through the drive through and no one responded. I pulled up to the window and knocked. I could see the employee there but they ignored me. The bars were on the window. I drove to the door to check hours and to see if anyone would respond. Once again I was ignored. I went around the building again it was 5:10 a.m.The employee was there and put uo there hand to me and turned their back. "Talk to the hand!" I felt her behavior was rude. Then at 5:14 a m she answered the door. I was not greated but she said,"I can't hear you." I did not get my order until 518 a.m. I was distrubed by the behavior.
