Overpriced ice cream, and customer service is below average.
By far worst customer service, asked several times for a bowl/silverware and was ignored.
Wouldn’t allow us to mix toppings because they decided to start closing 15 min before closing time. Locked customers out 10 min before closing time. When we refused to order since they wouldn’t mix topping the employees started to laugh and talk about us. They did the same to the family they turned away that tried to order before closing but they locked out.
Staff is fast, and nice. Great ice cream selection.
I drove out of my way because this place has my favorite ice cream. I had to drive around to find a parking spot at the busy time of everyone Valentine's Day shopping. Then when I get to the counter I am told that they are only accepting cash. I refuse to pay the outrageous atm fees just to get cash. Not sure I'll come back here again.
The ice cream was amazing but the Staff didn't seem to want to do anything and would huff and puff on simple orders nothing that's was not on menu and no tweaks to it also although it is good price is a little high not too bad though

The ice cream was delicious. Our kids enjoyed watching their favorite flavors be prepared. Will visit again.
Great variety of delicious flavors. Totally worth it, always get one of these when going to the woodlands mall.
