After going through the trouble of registering online to order online, they couldn't even call me to tell me they were out of mushrooms and bell peppers. They automatically replaced those missing toppings with olives. By the time I realized this I was already back to my job with the pizzas (30 of them) and many were untouchable because not too many people like olives !!!You an take my phone number to market me with texts but cant take the time to let me know you dont have the toppings I ordered?? Then replace.with olives??? REALLY?The remaining 25 pies that were correct tasted good tho....
Last weekend I went to pick up pizza there is almost always no "Hot and Ready" pizza ready for pickup, especially since this company advertises it so much, I was disappointed that they had none in stock. So I ordered, and it wouldn't have bothered me so much is the cashier wasn't on his phone the entire time, and I consider this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I waited the 20 or so minutes, which didn't bother me until I went to pick up.Fast forward to today, April 14, I wanted to just place a quick order, and decided to call ahead, granted, yes it was 15-20 minutes prior to closing, but there is no reason why someone can't squeeze in a quick two pizza order right? Well, unfortunately the person who answered said there was a 90 minute wait, and that he was the only one in there. So I decided to drive up and see for myself this information. Upon my surprise there were indeed THREE people working there, no ready pizzas in site, a customer had just received their pizza, AND on top of the my boyfriend was told it would take 40 minutes instead of what I was told over the phone. I do not appreciate lies simply because the staff is too lazy to provide customer service. If they can't handle customer service or last minute orders, which will obviously happen, because who could not resist the delicious pizza from Little Caesars, but I would say for those employees who lied to me over the phone, and then again in person to my boyfriend, I would say they are in the wrong job. I was very upset with my experience at this location, and I want to see some type of enforcement or implementation of professionalism, because this location truly lacks professionalism, and compassion from its employees. This location sucks :), don't lie to your customers, and get better staff, thanks.
So no hot and ready pizzas,which was kind of disappointing my co worker and I wanted dinner so I placed a mobile order. There was some issues. The guy up front and the manger were friendly and fixed the problem with order. It was ok and the customer service was good. Not the best experience but I'm glad they fixed it.
I was told at the drive through my wait would be 10 minutes. I’m still in the parking lot 30 minutes later waiting on ONE pepperoni pizza. I have wasted half of my lunch break for a pizza that I was told takes 10 minutes.
Not a good experience (5pm pickup on Sunday). My pizza with no cheese had cheese on it. They were out of wings and were going to sub both crazy bread and brownies. I was not given the brownies.
Yes this is the first time I tried this Little Caesars on this side of town and I had a very good experience they were fast and friendliness and the facility was nice and clean
Keyante was very helpful and friendly. He even helped carry my large order to the car. He let me know about the Batman pizza promo! I’ll have to get it next time. Delicious pizza as well.Will be back!
Worst little Caesar’s ever. No pizza ready. I stood in line behind someone for so long that I jut left because they had no one at the register. Just a bunch of unhappy people waiting way too long for “hot and ready” pizza.
Drive-thru is always slow, so I started going inside to buy my pizza. Problem is, as I witnessed yesterday, that no one was making enough Hot-n-Ready pizzas. Workers were just standing around talking. Vulgar rap music was playing too loud for anyone to hear me calling them. This needs to be addressed.
I only order $5 pizzas but they never let me down. Always hot and ready
